I am proud to release, on this April of the First, Monster Boy Dreams, or MBD for short. This is a special sister/brother game that I have decided to make and release on April 1st with the stunning development time of a single day of work and reusing assets from MGD. However it does contain a special character graphic by Otani. I hope everyone has a wonderful First of April.

On a connected note, are there plans for a MBD spin-off? Or is it just for April Fools?

It is intended to just be an April Fools, as trying to maintain two projects at once would make me die. Though any similar events will also use Iaru's assets when/if they happen.

To be honest, even if I had wanted to add lewds to it while making it, I would not have had the time in the time frame I had for myself. I'm glad you enjoyed though! :D
