Medesa Blimp (Patreon)

So the winner last month of the monster girl poll was Medesa from Plus Sized Elf, in a parade balloon full body inflation form! She's apparently trying to do her part at the local ramen festival, and either someone tried out a new type of extra filling ramen on her, or she's helping promote the event for everybody! Nothing like a beautiful look for her to draw in a crowd! I hope you all enjoy :D
