Ivy's Meteor Drop-WIP (Patreon)

So one of the two winners you guys tied last month is Ivy from Deadlock, and of COURSE I gave her the bottom heavy expansion type for it! This new buff to Stone Form seems a bit OP, since now the stun happens before she even lands! Why else wouldn't people be staying underneath her when they see her go up?!
