Lyle needs a raise… Also I am not sure if the money being taken by the DEA was completely understood? Lalo set that up but obviously Fring had to go with it so Lalo doesn’t discover Nacho is the rat. He got a fall guy to go to jail but he also legitimately lost a lot of money which really aggravates him. He would not be happy after the phone call about the plan going smoothly because it’s still a loss and disruption of his business
