Early episode???? IM SAT

Claire

He stole the name Brian Heriot from the writing on the wall he passed by before meeting those ladies!

Pushindazeez

OmGosh!!! Early drop? I've got to go grab my snacks NOW!!!

survivor fan

Glad you guys are enjoying the longer seasons. People complained about filler at the time, but they really didn’t understand how good we had it getting 16 episodes every single year. The good ole days

Pushindazeez

He poured out the food because he's paranoid, afraid it might be poisoned. Or he he really hates spaghetti rings. 😁. And omg, I just want to say again how much I love your in depth breakdowns of the episodes! You do so much more than any of the other reactors I watch and you pay so much attention to what's going on. ❤

Oriana Lo Presti

Come on Spartan "what are the chances"? You know better, he didn't just randomly show up there :'D

Ludus Aurea

This episode covers a large time period but the current spot in the timeline is around 513 to 520 days after the outbreak, when the prison gets sick.

Demented Avenger

Remember you guys said you liked the Governor here.

Ludus Aurea

The filler complaint was mainly season 2. They stretched 123 pages of the book into 13 episodes and it grossly affected the rest of the show being able to tell the story. Keep in mind Shane dies in volume 1 long before they even get to the farm. Not only that but with 13 hours almost they did a worse job too, omitting some of the best parts of volume 2.

Sahae

Ya'll really be liking anyone that sheds a tear, lol judge of character is poor. But it will get better. *I hoope*

Tay

You should react to Power and the power books 2,3 and 4 those are some geniue good shows with a pretty good following and I feel like you guys will definitely enjoy these shows 🙏

cheekyramen

Honestly, you guys should do your Love, Like, Hate list twice per season. One at the start and one halfway thru the season (Mid-Season Finale).

Tay

The governer filler episodes were the best imo

spartanandpudgey

wow thanks you! we are really glad to hear that 🙏🏼❤️

As far as timeline goes I’m not exactly sure but here’s my guess. Rick is in a coma for a month, Lori is pregnant for 9, I’m guessing season 3 takes place around a month, then we get 30 days without an accident. That puts them around a year into the apocalypse.

Liam_Mac06

I actually think he poured out the food because he doesn't want any form of luxury in case he goes on his insane power trip again like he did prior. Any time he gets the opportunity to live like a governor he goes back onto his mental power trip and loses it

Liam_Mac06

Anddd it's also why he keeps the old gun he finds in the bath rather his current well kept more modern gun i believe

DominaZeta

I remember really liking this episode on first watch and enjoying seeing things from a different perspective, but I didn't trust him. The kind of sadistic darkness he displayed before doesn't just go away. At the time, I figured his brutality was still there under the surface.

AT

I don’t think the “man in charge lost it…I nearly died” speech from the governor was anything more than him lying to make himself seem like some sort of innocent, trustworthy victim rather than it being some sort of deep self-reflection.

Brandon Moore

HATE how this show made me feel this much for him in the intro to this episode...GOATED writing ✍️

KaosDragon

yup!! it’s been about 17-18 months since the apocalypse originally began!!
