---------------------------------------------------------------------------Full Length Reaction GuideWe take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously

Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side

Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop

HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

[Comment expedited] Things about to get real freaky.

Golladan

Opening changes: -A ruined and flooded Baltimore is shown. -A growing Free Navy, joined by Goldenbough and Bashi, are moving past Saturn. -Fewer ships outside the Ring Gate.

Golladan

I feel like I'm in pain seeing Naomi in pain like that.

Golladan

Camina Drummer drinks when she is angry, not when she is sad. Was she angry? Or was she now sad drinking?

Jonas Doksaeter

If you remember in season 1, the uncle of Diogo who self-sacrificed. He opened his visor when he was out in space for a few seconds, and if you noticed, he exhaled before he did. You can survive in space for a minute or two, as long as you exhale (if you do, space is just really cold) before you enter the vacuum of space, if not your lungs are ripped apart inside of you as all the oxygen get violently expelled by space's vacuum. Cyn didn't exhale like Naomi did when she opened the air lock, so regardless of whether or not he was brought in immediately afterwards, he would still be dead without some sorta breathing-assist.

Shawn Anomaly

Regarding Cyn's death, there was nothing they could do in time since his outstretched body was preventing the outer airlock door from automatically shutting. Unfortunately in his desire to save Naomi, he killed himself. Would've taken way too long for someone to get in a suit to go into the airlock to pull Cyn back from the door threshold so it could close and pressurize.

Jonathan

your attitude to being literally spaced and your lungs exploding is kinda...weird. you know science is free.

Paul

That scene on Camina's ship with the crew slurping zero-G water reminded me of the scene in Harry Potter, with Hermione and Harry dancing. A somber, even tense moment broken in a fleeting spark by humor and warmth, only to return to the prior sorrow. Naomi is ridiculously tough this episode, and crafty as hell!

spartanandpudgey

what does this comment even mean 😂 we clearly didnt know the effects of being in space. you could take the opportunity to educate us. no clue how our "attitude is weird"

Naomi MVP!! This season might be my new favorite!!!

Bill B.

Incredible acting!

Jonathan

I had not finished watching I usually edit these once I'm done lol. The expanse is a blink and you miss it show, you blinked and you missed niaomi breath holding compared to cyn. So he has his lungs implode. The whole thing is generally unsurvivable so they had to create that O2 booster for Sci fi stuff. Can should be dead that's completely normal. Also you saying "we obviously don't know..." is like the entirety of my original point. Why should I educate you instead of yourselves? I pay you for entertainment, you don't pay me for education

AntiGrav1ty

For being this condescending you're getting a lot of stuff wrong Jonathan. Lungs don't implode, they rupture from the air expanding. Even without the O2 booster a space jump is survivable. The booster just prolongs the time she can stay outside and conscious before more severe damage from hypoxia sets in. Also no idea what you are griping about when it comes to the reaction. Why the hell would they know how a space jump and surviving in a vacuum works before reacting to it? It's a first time reaction, just about nobody knew how it worked when they first saw that scene.

Jonathan

You getting your knickers in a twist too? Lmao chill out 😆 my response was made on the shitter when I was half awake. Sorry its not up to your needed standard of brownnosing 😆 spartan and pudgey never respond to anything I say when it's meaningful yet I get multiple arsey messages when I fail to show the appropriate fealty. Your only highlighting that is the case. Like I'm actually spending money for you to moan at me wtf?

Joan Monroe

If the seasons had titles, Season 5's would be "The Badass Women of The Expanse"

Etta Eskridge

Has anyone mentioned that Cara Gee was pregnant during the filming of S5? There is a scene in a previous episode when Cara is talking to Marco and is bumping him with her belly. It also explains why you see her sitting or somewhat obscured in the various shots. And Pudgey saying of Naomi "Its a thinking face" was just great!! Naomi is extremely clever and also loyal to her family wanting to keep them alive no matter what!

Sheri

You two are the ONLY reactors I recall understanding the changed message at the end..."Tell James Holden I am in... control"

Richiep

The temperature in space is like -270 degrees C, the older guy probably had a heart attack, he was hardly a pillar of health.

Lauren

I really respect Naomi after this episode. She would not give up.
