P.O box: Spartan & Pudgey P.O Box 8017 Oakleigh East, VIC 3166---------------------------------------------------------------------------Full Length Reaction GuideWe take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously

Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side

Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop

HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

Pablo

No fucking way! This is like the best movie of the century

Pablo

I think Parasite an Train to Busan have 2 very diferent fan bases, but, if those are the 2 korean movies you guys heard the most about, the thrid most important contemporary Korean movie would be Oldboy from 2003. Then some of my favorites would be The Handmaiden No Other Choice Memories of Murder Past Lives The Host Burning

Oliver

U have taste my friend

Brieanne

Yes, Oldboy definitely.

Oliver

Please watch oldboy

Danny

Surprise Thursday movies are the best!

Pablo

Thanks guys 😉 but yeah honestly anything by Bong Joon Ho or Park Chan-wook is good. All their movies are bangers and very easy to consume by the casual movie goer

Clare 💕

This film is bittersweet for me. I love it so much, but sadly the actor who plays the rich dad is no longer with us, so I do find it very sad watching his films and dramas. Thank you for reacting to this.

Clare 💕

It was his own decision 😔

Martin Holt

A bit controversial but I’d love to see your reactions to The Substance

Sheri

Have you guys seen Everything Everywhere All At Once? It won Best Picture in 2023 and is right up your alley.

FullMetal B

Small detail - when Mrs Park pays Ki Woo for the first time, she actually takes money out of the envelope she had set aside for his friend but then tells him she gave him more than the normal rate when she gave him less.

Farbod

Yes. Oldboy is the starting point.

Farbod

Should really watch Oldboy (2003).

FullMetal B

Pudgeys got it, the inequality is 100% the point but its done in a nuanced way and shows how complex these types of situations can be. Which is great as its not so in your face and I think that is kind of Spartans point. Its also not cliche where the Park family is evil or anything. But being so rich they do live in a different world and do ultimately look down on the "lower class".

Shreyas Anand

You should watch oldboy (2003), a korean thriller classic.

Shreyas Anand

Here's a k-drama recommendation for you, "All of us Are Dead" it's a zombie series which fits perfectly with walking dead, Season 2 is releasing sometime this year or next. And another "My Name" it' one of the best k-dramas I've ever seen.

James Copeland

u guys doing banger movies recently , i like it

SoloMio

The director, Bong Joon-ho, confirmed in interviews and writings that the themes of structural inequality, the myth of social mobility, and the "parasitic" nature of capitalism are the foundations of the film. The film is a critique of the myth that hard work leads to upward mobility. There are many themes one can explore in this film.

Marcell

Just a note that the reason Mr.Park(the rich dad) wanted to get out of there quick was not to escape, but to take his son who was having a seizure to the hospital.

John Neiberger

I think the next Korean movie you need to see is The Man From Nowhere. It's incredible. It's like a mix of Man on Fire, Taken, The Equalizer and John Wick. It's one of my favorite movies because it's a lot more emotional than a typical action movie.

Traven Sweetsir

Upgraded to Demi God for this reaction 🔥
