The girl(Zoe) was Recommended by the Geldarians(other worldly suited beings) they told Allen and Omni man on episode 2 I’m pretty sure

Also reason why Mark is able to take Conquest this time is because he’s more determined and not tired from fighting a whole armies of himself like before 🤣

I will help you both as I think you two might have forgotten about the show telling you about Tech Jacket. Tech Jacket is shown to have single handedly defeated an alternate Mark in episode 3x7. She absolutely can fight Viltrumites one on one and win, but Viltrumites aren't all the same strength. When Anissa had originally bodied Mark when she arrived to Earth she told him Conquest was much stronger than her but she was faster than most Viltrumites. Then the Emperor guy you were shown is far stronger than Conquest. Those 3 were all pretty strong which is why they were sent to do this surprise attack. In episode 4X2 when Omniman is traveling to planets to find weapons against Viltrumites they went to the Geldarian Empire part of the coalition, to ask for a hero to help. This is because Omniman says the Geldarian empire with their special war suits was too strong for Viltrum to defeat even when they were at their peak. They had to recruit another very strong called the Kresh to help them defeat them. Viltrum couldn't do it on their own, which is implied to be a very rare problem for Viltrum Empire. The Geldarians tell Omniman that Tech Jacket is who they are looking for, who has one of their suits. She is kind of like a Blue Beetle type character. Hope this helps!

I think Viltrumites get stronger the more punishment they take too. Like the more near death experiences they have the more of their potential is unlocked. Kind of like Dragon Ball Z with the conditioning training and stuff.

I might be wrong but I think Nolan said the Geldarians were too strong for the diminished Viltrumites, not the peak empire. There's no way one planet that took significant losses from the mercenary army viltrum sent could fight the full might of the empire.
