---------------------------------------------------------------------------Full Length Reaction GuideWe take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously

Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side

Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop

HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

Download this google chrome extension so once you manually sync the videos up, the extension will keep both videos synced up when you play/pause, move around in the video, etc (can also pick up where you left off if you close the windows.) Also supports videos that need to be slowed down/sped up, so you can choose the correct speed in the extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/video-sync/npplmbdcndipnaemaoljdppjodakaicn?authuser=0&hl=en&pli=1

Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

I wonder if Rita chooses those public places to start those personal conversations out of habit because Paul was less likely to start shit in public. Like a defense mechanism or something?

Nikodem Lorenz

Someone give me a compilation of Spartan's Rita imperssions pls

I don't know if anyone has pointed this out or not but Dexter's exhausted look and slightly altered appearance was a result of Michael C Hall's Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis & treatment he kept secret until filming had wrapped for S4. Only the showrunner, hair & makeup & few others necessary to keep the larger group of cast & crew from knowing were aware of the diagnosis. He went in to remission before the next season started production. On a personal level the diagnosis & secretivenss had similar life parallel, with friends and family who were fans of Dexter constantly saying I dont how someone could have kept that secret without people so close to him figuring it out.

Trinity is such a disturbing character.

David Cansler

Trinity forcing her to jump is definitely one of the more disturbing scenes.

Every time Dexter and Lundy interact, the subtext feels like it is dripping with the sentiment that Lundy knows about Dexter even now. I honestly love their interactions

Be nice to Rita. She has her moments but we love her around here. =P Hilarious impression though. Hahaha. I understands Quinn's perspective though. Some cops are woefully underpaid and they do put their lives on the line. The problem is.. if youll take a little bit of cash.. Where do you draw the line? His insecurity about being a dirty cop is likely due feeling guilty about the whole thing and that's how he rationalizes it.

Jason Sadowski

That is really great observation and I would almost bet your 100% correct it would make sense for someone who has experienced what she has to create counter measures to how she addresses situations where she is saying something critical.

You guys talk over the dialogue a bit too much. I'm pretty sure you missed the part where Dexter said he was going to hurt the neighbor's son. This is something I've been meaning to mention for a while, but I wasn't sure how to bring it up. I don't want to sound like a dick or come across as a complainer, but it happens fairly often. You end up missing little bits of dialogue that don't seem important at the time, but later turn out to be.

Tom

There is a video on YouTube called "Special Agent Lundy Knew Dexter Was a Serial Killer..." It makes the case that Lundy knew about Dexter but let it go because he secretly admired him. I don't think he knew with 100% certainty, but I do think he suspected and deliberately chose not to pursue it because he didn't want to know for sure. That way, he could let Dexter continue doing what he does.

Pony

When the series is over. Someone remind me.

Terje Mickelson

With voice acting like that, Spartan, I'm expecting cosplay as Rita. And Pudgey as Dexter.

Paul

He also didn't have anything to catch Dexter on, since Doakes was successfully framed.
