Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously

Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side

Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop

HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

Download this google chrome extension so once you manually sync the videos up, the extension will keep both videos synced up when you play/pause, move around in the video, etc (can also pick up where you left off if you close the windows.) i liked the discussion post episode. its a big reveal for a character like dexter, well done to pudgey for knowing the man was innocent, it seems she understands the male psyche well even when they're weird in how they convey attraction.

I don’t know. I thought Dexter snapping at Quinn made sense. Dexter has been stressed and on edge since the start of this season. Then you have Quinn kissing up to Dexter and not leaving him alone. Plus Deb is almost killed. I just feel like there’s a lot on Dexter’s plate this season. So it makes sense to me why Dexter would act this way.

I might be misremembering, but I thought their point, more from the writing perspective, was that the conflict between the two is just too forced. You're right, Dexter's reaction is credible considering the pressure he is under, but I think Spartan was saying that the writers put him in this position because they want another diet-Doakes situation (which I agree with). I think their character development has been great in the show... they just couldn't or wouldn't explore further into the world. The story began to fold and eat upon it's self.

I actually saw Dexter's apartment one night, and it indeed looks cozy! I lived in Miami for twenty years (I read the first book on US1/836 in South Miami, where Dexter was always driving back and forth during his hunt), and my first Uber lift I ever had picked me up from the beach. She pointed and said that's the exterior shot of Dexter's apartment. This was around S2 or S3 when the show was getting big. Ha, it made me love the show even more. It looks exactly like it does on the show, and I doubt it's changed much.

Farrow deserved to die anyway, man was a rapist. Should be the standard punishment really. Doesn't fit Dexters code but man got what he deserved.

I was replying to the way they were confused as to why Dexter snapped at him. But on the conflict between Dexter and Quinn feeling forced, I can understand it. But to me I never felt that way because it made sense why Dexter acted the way he did and why Quinn reacted the way he did by following him and questioning him. I felt like it was just escalating since the moment Quinn decided to kiss up to Dexter.

In that case, yeah, I agree. Dexter is almost always in a corner and he lets his mask slip a bit at times like that.

Quinn and Dexter's personalities don't mesh. They showed that a few times last season, so it's not entirely out of nowhere. Dexter didn't even want to invite Quinn to his wedding initially, if you recall. It didn't truly escalate into tension until this season and then explode in this episode when Dexter threatened to air out Quinn's dirty laundry. Of course Quinn wasn't just going to back down after that. But it's not personal for him like it was for Doakes. He just doesn't want Dexter holding that leverage over him all the time, which clashes with Dexter's need for control. I'm not defending Quinn, but Dexter shouldn't have lit that fuse.
