Green's have to be split with Aegon, Aemond, and Daeron at this point... Aegon and Aemond will never get along, so they're fractioned. Daeron is a wildcard. Helaena doesn't ride dreamfyre so she's not really an option Blacks - Rhaenyra, Baela, Addam, Daemon, are firmly together Advantage still blacks - but their dysfunction is with the people while the greens dysfunction is internal. Breaks me seeing the dragons die. Hate hearing them suffer by just protecting people they're bonding with. Syrax acted off the connection with Rhaenyra and her rage towards sheepstealer. Sheepstealer defended herself and also defended rhaena Caraxys and Seasmoke just following orders. Bummer man. Makes it hard to watch for some reason. Rather see dragons raining fir eand humbling corrupt leaders

Does Aegon have a horseshoe up his ass? He should have been killed by Rhaenys, he should have been killed when Aemond lit him up and now he's saved because Sunfyre all of a sudden comes out of his coma.

Not much of a debate , Aegon was always the rightful king and his chances to be great was stolen by his lord father in favour of his unworthy sister. I’m not saying Aegon wasn’t shit leading up to his crowing and onwards , but he lived a life of a rejected son who fucked around as his claim was a joke despite being established precedent and tradition accepted within not just the nobility , but even the common folk who have suffered in this war hoping a good monarch could arise.

The king decided that Rhaenyra was gonna be the monarch before Aegon was even born and reaffirmed it afterwards. The lords of the realm swore fealty to her. By what definition was Aegon always the rightful king? He is literally a usurper.

I think Spartan would enjoy and find more satisfaction from the book, tbh. They’ve completely botched these characters and the book seems to have more of what he’s looking for from them

these characters are 30 pages of the Book. And it's a wikipedia's journal entry of events with unreliable descriptions from 4 different unreliable narrators. (Not even much dialogue at all) The show is better than the book & even George RR Martin admitted as much in season 1. But then he got mad that they stopped listening to him 100% of the time & stormed off on his scooter to start shit online. He will ruin KOTSK too because he is a fat, lazy, & petty douche bag.

Aegons character is SO MUCH better in the show vs. Book.... this is one of my favorite show moments. For a guy that is truly terrible I'm rooting for him & that's impressive storytelling. (Tyland too)

Caraxes is a beast & in the air is almost unstoppable with the reach on the neck.... he's like the Jon "Bones" Jones of dragons. Even Vahgar has no shot in the air, too slow

Have you read the book? It’s literally over 200 pages for the Dance. The characters have clear-cut, precise motives and pretty distinct personalities. George did a better job in those 200+ pages than these writers have done in 3 seasons, whatever your thoughts are about him. I was simply saying Spartan might get the answers and missing pieces he’s been wanting from the story in the book- having read it myself several times.

The male heir has always been given priority in this universe, which is why Rhaenys was never actually considered over Viserys when they were choosing who would succeed Jaehaerys. Aegon was lawfully crowned King which would technically make her the usurper.

Mysaria has to be the most annoying character in all of the ASOIAF adaptations. On top of that any scene with a combo of Rhaenyra/Alicent/Mysaria is genuinely a waste of screen time. 😂

That guy is just upset that GRRM hasnt written Winds of Winter yet and is now finding any avenue to bash him to relieve his frustration. Reality is that this show dropped the ball past S1 and the book is better by far.
