---------------------------------------------------------------------------Full Length Reaction GuideWe take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously

Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side

Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop

HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)

Download this google chrome extension so once you manually sync the videos up, the extension will keep both videos synced up when you play/pause, move around in the video, etc (can also pick up where you left off if you close the windows.) Also supports videos that need to be slowed down/sped up, so you can choose the correct speed in the extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/video-sync/npplmbdcndipnaemaoljdppjodakaicn?authuser=0&hl=en&pli=1

Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

"We're in the endgame now."

Responding to Spartan’s question “are these illegal immigrants crossing the border or something?” Miami is only 90 miles by water from Cuba. For Americans, Miami / South Florida is known for having Cuban refugees arrive by boat there

Glad you guys liked this season. It's certainly a mixed opinion one, but I personally liked a lof ot the themes discussed. S7 Is personally one of my favorites so i'm excited to see what you guys think.

Jack Mingle

I love how Dexter's first thing to do when he gets back to shore is spend the rest of the day chilling with Harrison.

Tatyana Zinger

I agree with you guys (and lots of Dexter fans too) that the “romantic love” storyline was totally unnecessary with Deb for Dex and a lot of us agree with/prefer your interpretation of the therapist kinda planted that idea in Deb’s head and made her confused, it didn’t make it true. I think the writers wanted to have her have a reason to go to the church but IMO it didn’t have to be that, it was weird. Also Deb already has daddy issues and it makes sense, but to have her have brother issues in *that* way was too much. It brings down the quality of season 6 a few points, but that ending was dope.

I thought this season sucked when it aired and I still think it does, but it gave us this ending… setting up one of the better seasons of the show (in my opinion) and one of the better villains The dominos are set up and this ending knocked the first one down

I remember waiting 9 long months for the season 7 premiere… and that first episode is so good me and my ex-wife watched it twice the week it aired We were floored how good S7 is

“I am a father…a son…a serial killer.” Such an iconic line! Can’t believe we’ve finished another season! Great reactions! I can’t wait for 7x1 - such an incredible episode!

Glad to see you guys liked this season. I left a comment on episode one and I'll say it again, this season seems to get a lot of unjustified hate and I don't understand it. The whole Deb falling in love with Dexter part was weird and awkward but, otherwise, it was a really good season.

I think this season is a mixed bag with some real highs but also some lows. Deb and Dex's "love story" is a bit awkward and unnecessary, but even forgetting about that, I feel like this season has a lot of these little moments that feel a bit naive, where things feel like they're going too smoothly, small plot holes etc. It also feels rushed at times. But overall, it's a solid season. Glad you liked it.

Manu

Spartan says, “Oh my God”, just before Dexter says, “Oh, God”—at the end of a season that was all about God. Perfect!

Rodney Pitzer

I had the same feeling at first as Pudgey that Deb had been with multiple serial killers for lovers. I would have put money on it, but glad I didn't. But Spartan was right with the logical series of events. I also agree with Spartan that this season felt like it started very lame with the bad guys, but the surprise plot twist came at the right time as to not lose me. I really enjoy both of your reactions and interactions. You are the best couple!

Kyle Rawson

“Drive the boat” I’m sure you pissed off some people there spartan

Kyle Rawson

Pudgey when she’s wrong : “anyway”

Michael

Really enjoying the reactions and rewatch.

Brody Reeks

Yeah season 7 is among one of my favourites. Excited for this

Liad Cohen

Someone tell Pudgy that Harrison is played by twins because of the rules with shooting with children. So there are 2 of them. LOL

Kirill D.

Actually there are two twin brothers who played little Harrison.

Tom

I think another reason why they set up this story line was because it was easier for Deb to accept Dexter for what he is if she's in love with him, or at least things she is. I don't see the Debra of season 4 for example just going with it. She needed to be vulnerable and confused and not confident and ready to do the right thing. It was a weird and ham-fisted way to get her to where she needs to be emotionally but it did work. Though I wish they came up with something a little less awkward and weird in order to get her there.

Tatyana Zinger

I agree season 4 Deb wouldn’t, but by the end of season 5, Deb let the vigilantes go without even knowing it was Dexter so by that point the character development was such that Deb wouldn’t have turned Dexter in immediately even if she wasn’t “in love” with him, IMO. She saw some of the justification in vigilantism when it was something so brutal as gang rape and also something she could relate to with her experience in being kidnapped by the Ice Truck killer.
