I have seen both series about ten times each and this is by far the better and more mature series. This one has a special place in my heart. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Really think you guys will love korra. Dont know why people are so negative about it, its a way more mature version of avatar. I don't think the creators realised that avatar would be watched b y so many adults ^^ thats why I think korra has a lot more mature themes & action :) the animation is also far superior. Hope you enjoy!

Zeek

People simply liked avatar more because they were actually children when they watched it. By the time LOK came out , they were watching shows like walking dead and breaking bad

Personally, it took me a couple of tries to get through the 1st episode, but once I did I binge-watched the entire series!! I really like the more mature themes, style and character depth we get in TLOK and I hope you guys will like it too :)

Anthony Brown

Absolutely love korra, think its better than avatar tbh. Avatar was a bit too immature for me although I love the world & the rules. Korra took it up a knotch in seriousness and maturity for me.

I'm in the camp of people who prefer one particular season of Korra over any individual season of Avatar (though I think atla is the better show). I also prefer Korra as a character over Aang (but you may need a lot of sympathy to do so, and remember that she's a sheltered 17 year old girl at the start of the series)

I loved your reaction of ATLA. unfortunately i will not be watching Korra with you. Because i really dislike the show for multiple reasons i can't name here because of spoilers. Hope you guys enjoy it though but keep in mind you have to seperate the two shows and not connect it with existing lore. Hopefully you will enjoy it more then me.

Hamide Demir

I am hyped for Korra but keep in mind the real Villian is Nickelodeon who threw as many obstacles at the creators as they could

Dream217

I'm glad that you are watching TLOK its such a great expansion on the world building and a great show over all 4 seasons, the biggest thing i hope you don't do is compare it to ATLA as its base line and you think of them as two individual shows from the same universe. I hope you enjoy TLOK for what it is because its still a fantastic show.

Rewatch when season 2 comes back around next year!
