“ll” is pronounced like “y” in Spanish. “Pollos” is pronounced like “poyos”

There's a tonal quality to this show I can't fully explain. On one hand, like you guys said, it's a very detailed script with incredible acting. On the other hand, these characters are all cartoons. Walt, Jesse, Hank, Saul, Gus, Mike, not to mention smaller characters like Tuco and Badger. All of these characters are larger than life, almost archetypes, yet the writers fill them with so much nuance and individual motivations that it feels very grounded and realistic. It's magic.

Speaking of how the episode titles are often crafty... This episode is titled "I See You" and much of the drama is focused on what's happening in the hospital's ICU (Intensive Care Unit). The more obvious meaning of "I see you" is when the injured baddie recognized Walter's face.

SuddenImpulse

Dramatized crime thriller. Foundation is grounded but then certain events or characters are "larger than life" depictions.

Love how well this episode truly teaches you who runs everything. Gus is so badass.

Gale didn't get the temperature wrong. Walt was making shit up so he had an excuse to fire him and get Jesse back.

Brian Clancy

Hope you guys consider “The Last Kingdom” next. May not win a poll but yall would LOVE it

The rest of season 3 and 4 are peak Breaking Bad; can’t wait.

Michael Parker

Watching your fresh takes on everything is so nice 😂 also spartan watch out pudgey seems to be getting too good at predictions. I won’t say to what but man she’s been catching things I never caught onto when I first watched this through can’t wait for the rest!

Lillian Davis

Pudgey is right, killing one person will not disband the cartel, no matter how high up they were. The cartel is huge

Ludus Aurea

Gale didn’t actually set the temperature wrong, it was just a manipulation by Walt. Gaslighting in order to get Jesse back into the lab in order to save both Jesse and Hanks life.

Imma just say it. For all the shit he takes for not following things well, Spartan understands Walt and the characters 100x more than Pudgy. Pudgy falls for all Walts muniplitive shit lol. Also Walt doesn't want to tell Gus the truth because he doesn't know Gus knows his brother inlaw i in the DEA
