My take on Skyler going into the pool was her way of achieving silence in that moment, as Walt continued sucking up all the oxygen around them. It was also a cry for help, even if she knew that there was no way she could tell Hank or Marie what was really happening.

Loved your reactions to this great episode :) especially the Walter-Skyler confrontation... really shows how great writing, acting, and our connection to the characters can make a conversation more gripping than intense action scenes ^^ I still can't understand how Skyler is so unpopular with the masses smh... By the way, as a german, I almost spit out my drink when Spartan commented on the "russian" accent in the beginning xD nice save on that one though ^^

Skyler feels guilty about Ted and rightfully so. She’s the one who had Saul send the 2 guys over there. An she’s the one who brought Ted back into the mix in the first place out of spite and with the intentions of hurting Walter. She couldn’t wait to go straight to Walt and tell him she “fucked Ted”. So she doesn’t deserve a pass. Me personally, I’ve always thought that Skyler and Walter both are just horrible ppl in there own different ways.

100% agree! Couldn’t of said that better myself. Going into the pool was def her way of achieving silence and not having to hear Walter. It’s all perspective and everyone can take it how they want but I’m not sure that actually drowning herself was even a thought

Imagine thinking Skylar is as bad as her manipulative criminal murdering drug lord husband. Walt would not sign a divorce. He wanted to force himself back into her life. That’s why she „cheated“. Also she went to Ted because he wouldn’t pay back his debt from the money she lent him. And Ted got in this condition because he slipped on a freaking carpet on accident
