Erin

Let’s go stranger things!

Oliver

Dont be like Erin

Jay

Peaky is so good !

Anonymous

Watch pesky blinders it’s an amazing show then watch Vikings

Paul

I'll have to go with Stranger Things too. It's just a vibe unlike any other show. You'll understand soon enough. 😉

Drip Drop

Peaky blinders would be a better choice for reactions imo. Stranger things is so anti-climatic after season 1 lol there's not really much to discuss as far as reacting, it is what it is

Ebony

strangers things is incredible

Simon

Peaky Blinders!

Tomy

Stranger things wins this.. And thats good. Its way better for reactions and is also different from previous show.

TwistedMagoo

To be totally honest, don't care between these two, so choosing Stranger Things because I think it's shorter/quicker to get through.

David McDonald

It's unfortunate that Stranger Things is probably going to win, because 90% of the appeal of Stranger Things is nostalgia for 80s American culture. As Australians, you're not going to appreciate that nostalgia and Peaky Blinders would be much more entertaining.

Anonymous

Both great shows! Peaky Blinders makes more sense to me given there’s still another season of Stranger Things to come (and with Cillian Murphy being in the spotlight following Oppenheimer). Would suggest Peaky Blinders now and Stranger Things later!

Erin
>>127597961

Very mature. For the record, I’m a huge fan of both shows, just think ST makes better reactions and brings a lot of people to the channels that react to it.

Scott Boyd
>>127598121

It's part of it, but definitely not 90%. It's an entertaining show regardless.

Farbod

I’m just here for the mayhem!

Daniel
>>127598154

Actually Stranger Things makes more sense so they can be caught up when the final season airs lol

Christopher
>>127598043

Peaky Blinders is 36 episodes and Stranger Things is 34 episodes so an extra week longer.

Ailene Evangelista

stranger things! it will be a breath of fresh air for you guys after the intensity of breaking bad.

4brtndr1

Neither. I think I'll give things here a timeout after Breaking Bad and come back again once HotD S2 begins.

Oliver
>>127597984

They have already seen Vikings before making the yt channel

Oliver

Imagine picking stranger things lol😂

Ed
>>127598121

Couldn't agree more. While I love ST, I know that PB would be much more up their alley.

Haley Nicole

I think you guys will love stranger things 😊

Trevor Evans

I haven't seen peaky blinders but if you do end up watching it that gives me the chance to watch along first time react with you guys. Either show would be great to react to but I vote stranger things.

Daniel

I only watched the first 2 seasons of Stranger Things but my roommate has been recommending Peaky Blinders so I voted for that so I have a reason to start watching.

Anonymous

I Will continue to pray for a “the last kingdom” watch through

Chris Mullen

I voted for Stranger Things (I haven't seen Peaky Blinders but I've heard great things). I agree with some people that it's a great idea to catch up before the last season. As reaction content creators, it would be great for you guys to capitalize on the final season to bring in a lot of new viewers. That being said I won't be upset with either show!

Josh
>>127600457

It's really really good so underrated if it was against any other show but stranger things I would vote for it

Josh
>>127599675

The best vibe show ever and it's thriller and horror great for them to react to

Josh
>>127598121

True Which is why I picked stranger things its the most fun show and it's different

Oslo

I voted Peaky Blinders but would not be surprised if Stranger Things ended up winning the poll. Would be cool if the runner-up ends up being the show you watch immediately after, but I also want to see you react to Better Call Saul, hopefully not too long after your completion of Breaking Bad.

Ara Mahrejian

To answer the poll I voted for Peaky Blinders. But once done with Breaking Bad, I fully suggest you guys continue with Better Call Saul. (El Camino in the middle would be a plus).

Bean

based on the names stranger things sounds like a docu series on people with weird habits and peaky blinders sounds like someone peaking out their blinds to spy on the neighbors

ken

Voted for stranger things but I hope you guys will add succession to the list for the next vote

Kj

I voted for Peaky Blinders but can't wait to watch you guys to react to Stranger things too!

Demo

There’s about a 50 person difference. Did the numbers lol let’s go Peaky blinders

Oliver

If u havent seen any of the shows i highly recomend to vote for peaky blinders. Ive seen both and i would pick peaky blinders any day of the week.

Anonymous

peaky blinder not winning is a huge L tbh :(

topshot84

Ppl way too emotional about this ish.

Veilsix

Imagine being a child named Oliver trying to appear edgy on the internet🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡🎪🎪🎪❄️❄️❄️ Ps Stranger Things all day long! If you want to watch a good show about old time gangsters just pop in Gangs of New York rather than bother with however many seasons of wannabe tough guy razor blade edge porn and ending up spending the rest of your life quoting edgy Shelby family lines with pictures of Cilian Murphy in a golf hat 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🎪🎪🎪🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 Yeah I said it get wrekt relax and enjoy Stranger Things with the rest of the sane world 🐓🐓 💩💩💩💯💯💯

Daryl

These have two very different audiences guys.

Daniel
>>127607630

I agree with you, I'm already on season 4 on Peaky Blinders and I don't see what all the hype is about. This show is mid. Stranger Things is miles better lol

fun fox
>>127607233

It is going up against stranger things. not a huge surprise. i am more surprised it is close

Jesse

Stranger Things is good, sometimes very good but it's also probably my last option of the shows listed the other day.

umu

Peaky Blinder all the wayyy. Should’ve been succession instead of stranger things

KK

I'll just say that the decision to not do BCS after BB is incredibly indulgent and will lead to a big drop in subscribers once BB is finished (possibly as much as 20-40%). 10% would be the bare minimum estimate. I'm only noting this because they said they're doing this full-time now and have quit their jobs. Will losing 40% of the subscribers cause them to have to do this part-time again? Anyway, it was enjoyable while it lasted!

TallTyrionLannister
>>127611857

Lose 20-40% of their fan base because they don’t watch BCS right away?! That’s a joke. It’s a good show but it’s not nearly as popular as Stranger things. They will probably gain subs if anything.

TwistedMagoo
>>127611857

I'm not excited about ST, but my guess is they gain plenty of subs to make up for any BCS/BB dropoff.

Ghostcat

Stranger things is a super fun show. I think it would be wise for you guys to catch up before the new season comes out this year

A.D

stranger things already won the other one....

Hans Engelen

Alas neither interests me so have fun whoever wins.

Chaz D
>>127613513

They always do there polls like this so that the ppl who didn’t vote for either of the top 2 can vote for one of them the 2nd round. Most of the time whichever one wins the first poll will win the last one too but it’s possible for it to go the other way so I like that Spartan and Pudgey do it this way.

Josh
>>127611857

Exactly they will definitely gain subs on patreon and youtube

KK
>>127611857

If that were true they could have simply put up BCS as an option on the original poll and let ST win. They didn't offer it because they knew BCS would win and that as I said, was indulgent for people who are doing this professionally now.

Josh
>>127607630

Yea relax my guy season 4 of peaky blinders is amazing their characters are amazing but stranger things is so much funer and exciting to watch but in my opinion peaky is a better all around show but stranger things is ranked over it on my favorite shows list

spartanandpudgey
>>127611857

we appreciate your concern but we doubt that to be the case. we host these polls to have a community driven decision. in past this hasn't been the case so we should be fine. naturally there may be a rotation of some people who dont care for the new show and others from youtube who are excited for it and weren't for BB, but this is an inevitable part of the nature of changing series.

KK
>>127611857

I appreciate the response. The only thing I will say to that is that doing BCS after BB was an easy win. BB is popular and your main show. The other content is more of an add-on that most of your audience does not consume based on the stats displayed here. You do the prequel-sequel to your main show and keep the same audience and possibly even gain more. Ripping that out and doing a whole other show is an unnecessary risk to the business model. It may work out or it may result in substantial subscriber losses which is a risk that simply doesn't exist by simply continuing with BCS and then naturally continuing with HOTD.

KP
>>127611857

This “data” comes from where? 😂 They will gain followers if they do Stranger Things because it is widely popular AND different from anything they’ve watched. Now, peaky blinders is good but very niche. Eventually the views will go down on those reactions. However stranger things 4 is the best season so the views will continue to climb as they watch. I just know I’ll have to bow out if peaky wins. I’d rather watch something fun.

KP
>>127605384

I’ve seen both and think the opposite. Peaky is very niche. Anyone can get into stranger things.

Imoshen
>>127611857

I am one of the few people that voted for Better Call Saul because I actually believe it is one of the best series of all time. But if the result is gonna be Stranger Things, I might still stick around to rewatch season 1 and actually get through the other seasons this time as well. Unfortunately it is also true that Stranger Things has a much bigger audience than BCS. So S&P are gonna be fine imo.

Pave Low
>>127611857

There was also a literal poll to ask if they should do BCS right away or a different show and most wanted something else - BCS will have it's time too

John Cassen

God I hope blinders wins

Louis Melendez

I want blinders to win, but I’m fine with ST anyways. It’s a good show. Spartan and pudgey always make shows even more entertaining anyways. So this should be a win win. Not sure what’s with people threatening to pull their subscription if things don’t go their way. That’s lame AF.

Paul
>>127611857

There's no way to please everyone if you're a reaction channel. I've accepted that a while ago, they will react to shows I'd rather they not, but it's unfair to place any blame on Pudgey / Spartan for that. Just how it rolls.

Anonymous

When do you guys think you’ll be able to start the new series?

jmus
>>127619298

You were doing so well. Obviously people are going to cancel if it's a show they don't like. Why would people stay subscribed if it's a show they have no interest or intention of watching?

Reaction Junkie

Even tho Stranger Things or Peaky Blinders are not my top picks, I'm still gonna enjoy the reactions of whichever wins. While the content they watch is important to a degree, the main reason I watch these reactions is for Spartan & Pudgy. Even if your not the biggest ST fan or PB fan, you can be sure that S & P will make for fun and engaging reactions / entertainment. Plus they have said over and over they will eventually get to everything on the list. =)

Tom Holland-Wing

Looking forward to watching ST with you guys, but I'm hoping that one day you will consider watching Lost. It's so. Damn. Good. Perfect reaction material.

Lyons

Stranger things has 1 good season😆 and a couple good episodes here and there in the other seasons. People hype it up way to much based off season 1

Paul
>>127611857

Terrible take, everyone said the same thing after GoT. They’ll be fine rolling with one of the most popular shows of all time

MO
>>127627442

I remember it being really good but falling off to the end

Tom Holland-Wing
>>127627442

I guess that's somewhat debatable, as I like the ending. It's certainly polarising. But Lost is such a significant show that changed the course of television for the best, it deserves the reaction IMO.

Mary Robinson-Duncan

I’m in for peaky blinders as I just subbed to your Patreon just so I can have a vote and watch

Marisa Maloney

I've been hoping you guys would do ST. I've been dying to rewatch it but I've been waiting to see if you guys would watch through it.

Mary Robinson-Duncan

KK that’s not a fair thing to even insert in their decision.. people watch them because they are entertaining to us, even if Peaky Blinders doesn’t win I will not leave and unsubscribe. I admit I watched BB but not BCS yet. I did watch the movie after BB but again just my opinion not fair to insert that statement into their thinking that’s almost a bullying move! IMHO

MO
>>127607630

says the guy with the most edgy comment of all

MO
>>127607233

ST will definetlely not be up Spartans alleyway.. probably both of them since they arent casual watchers and can apprecitate good story writing and critizise mediocre writing like ST has

Kyle green

You guys should check out blue eye samurai on Netflix!! Obviously your list is pretty full at the moment but it is an amazing story in every way possible!!! Please give it a shot on a future poll!! Keep up the great work guys.

Duncan
>>127607233

True. ST is very predictable it made it unwatchable for me.

TwistedMagoo
>>127619298

That’s fine, but threatening it in the comments section to try and leverage the show you want is dumb

Chucknorrass
>>127627442

They’re knocking off smaller shows first as Lost is big commitment. So, Don’t worry. It’s day will come.

Mary Robinson-Duncan

In my humble opinion Stranger Things is a bit childish that is my opinion so don’t come at me ok I’m allowed to say what I wish about the shows, I’ve watched both and Peaky blinders would be my go to if I were stranded on a deserted island with only 2 shows to choose from. 😂

Veilsix
>>127607630

The PB show is a perfect example of mids and so are its “PB or I unsubscribe” bozos spewing threats all over the sub and picking on ST fans then crying when someone gives their same energy back 🤣🤣🥰💀

Veilsix
>>127607630

Just giving some of these pesky wannabes back the energy they’re giving others, sorry my internet comments hurt you

Veilsix
>>127607630

The cilian murphy inspirational edge quotes really got to you guys 🤣🤣🤣

Veilsix
>>127607460

Right then they cry when you give them back the same energy 🤣🤣

Ben Hawkins
>>127627442

I think the narrative at the time was that the surface-level ending was bad, but without that social context, and potentially looking up Abrams'/source material explanations, it is actually a profound ending which ties in a lot of long running mysteries. You can't really have such a mystery show without an ending that requires extra thinking

Demo
>>127611857

You definitely haven’t been here since GOT days lol

Mic

I was in middle school in the early 1980s, so Stranger Things really takes me back to my childhood. I voted for ST, and I think Spartan and Pudgey will find it fun, but I'm not sure if they'll love it or get a lot of the references (prairie blouses and Lando Calrissian ftw!). I think a good indicator is if a person likes Stephen King books (IT, Different Seasons) and Spielberg directed/created/produced films from that era (ET, Goonies, Jaws-1975) then they'll most likely enjoy ST.

Tomy
>>127639777

Why would it matter if its childish 🤔😅 they have seen harry potters, one piece live action, hobbits and avatar. And liked all of them. Stranger things might be least childis of those and its great.

KK
>>127611857

I naturally catch all their BB reactions. For everyone asking about the data, I simply took a cursory look at the likes and views for BB versus death note and other stuff. It is clear BB is their main show and they know they even if some of the posters here don’t. Anyway, it is all decided now and I wish them the best and look forward to HOTD.

Adrie

I think they will like it both. Maybe if they have watched both, PB is more up their ally. But I think ST is a better show for a reaction channel.

Kyle green
>>127636962

I'm glad you guy agree!! I just don't see it getting alot of attention and it's killing me because it's awesome!!

Apotheosis
>>127627442

Lost is my favorite show ever, but I do think it falls off in the later seasons and it will take them a long time to watch.

Victor Radoi

ok thats an L for Peaky, so maybe in August/September PS: Crazy to think the 3rd premier show is ST lol after 2 GOATS

SuddenImpulse
>>127627442

@Apotheosis correct at the current pacing of 2 per week it would take them like 2 years, and Lost isn't as popular of a reaction series at is used to be, so theres a lot of variables to account for. You can watch 2-4 popular high-viewership shows in that same span of time so it depends on a lot of things.

SuddenImpulse

I'll rewatch Season 1 of Stranger Things with you guys but after that I will probably drop off. I don't find the show to have much re-watchability and personally find it very overhyped as far as its average quality, personally. I feel like its probably an odd fit for you two as well but I may be proven wrong. I hope you guys enjoy it though.

SuddenImpulse

There is a MASSIVE amount of patreons that never voted on the first poll and have not voted yet in this poll. Please vote! These polls determine the next show for several months or longer. If everyone eligibile to vote had voted in the first poll the results could have been wildly different.

Adam Williams

Stranger Things over Peaky Blinders is actually insane.

SuddenImpulse
>>127598121

I definitely don't think its a very good fit for them for a number of reasons but I am willing to be proven wrong. I also admit I am biased as I find the show to be rather mediocre and overhyped overall, personally, but to each their own.

SuddenImpulse
>>127605273

Over half of eligible voters in the community didn't vote in the first poll and even less have voted in this one. Thats the wild thing. The results of both polls could easily be different if everyone eligible actually voted.

SuddenImpulse
>>127607630

I think you are greatly overestimating how popular BCS reactions are post-airing. Every time people said they would suffer a huge loss in subscribers their subscribers actually went up a sizeable amount. "They didn't offer it because they knew BCS would win " Its not a great look to pass off assumptions as incontrovertible fact. This is not the case. "at simply doesn't exist by simply continuing with BCS" This is another assumption. These things have a lot of variables per person and its not this linear in reality. There are plenty of people that love the BB reactions but don't want to watch another 7 more months of BB related reactions, or don't like BCS as much, or don't enjoy BCS reactions etc. I have watched every single BB reaction uncut from them, but I'd only be watching a handful of their BCS reactions, for example. Just like there's lots of people that would stay for BCS but will leave when Stranger Things, and some people that will join for ST but would leave for BCS.

SuddenImpulse
>>127613513

Did you read the text that goes with the polls? Not everyone votes in each of the polls, and the results from a head to head poll can be different than a spread out poll. It makes sense to do a head to head once you have the two frontrunners for a number of reasons. In fact, the number of people it would've taken to unseat Stranger Things on the last poll was a fairly small percentage of the total eligible voters that hadn't voted.

HDN

Guys if you haven't watched fool me once yet please watch it on the channel!! It's just 8 episodes but very enjoyable

Maximiliano Vagnoni

i'm very excited for this amazing adventure with stranger things reactions
