3. Anthony Bourdain with Ferran Adrià

The anniversary of Bourdain's death was the 8th.

Here's an interesting documentary from way back featuring Bourdain exploring the innovative work of the Spanish chef Ferran Adrià in Barcelona, who, the other day, appeared on a Spanish podcast that I enjoy.

4. American Vulgaria Magazine

Great modern publication featuring many interesting voices.

Its creator is a new friend and Patron, many thanks to him.

5. Primo Tempore

One more piece of medieval music.

A beautiful Gregorian chant I heard a piece from approximately 20 years ago and never knew the origins of until this last week. Another version here with female singers.
