After being asked about the subject frequently, I decided to review two fantastic essays on the subject of building the body, best read with Yukio Mishima's classic 'Sun and Steel'.

Do you have any weight lifting regimens you can share?

Marshall L'Amour

Love "Sun and Steel." I'm giving that another read-through for the first time in about a decade. On the more technical side, anyone looking to start lifting should read "Starting Strength" in order to learn how to use time spent getting stronger in the most efficient way possible. There's a lot of noise out there in the fitness world, but that book cuts through it pretty handily.
