Review of Ted Kaczynski's Technological Slavery coming your way soon.

Wishing you a relaxing weekend.

1. Book recently sent to me by Wakefield Press - "The Employee" by Jacques Sternberg (Paid Link)Disclaimer: the publisher Wakefield Press sends me free books for reviewA cerebral odyssey about a man who is late to work and hesitates outside the office, recounting his outrageous life. Sounds enjoyably bizarre.

2. "Lost in Translation" directed by Sofia Coppola

God that is a great film.

3. Le Calme Avant La Tempête by Galatée

Good nighttime Driving Music.

4. An Interview with Ted Kaczynski"I take a shower every other day, because I have sensitive skin."For some reason that line made me bust up in laughter.

5. ‘The rebel’s chef’: Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential at 25 by Irvine Welsh

Nice piece on Bourdain by Irvine Welsh, the author of Trainspotting.

Thanks very much to friend and patron G J for sending it my way.

I opened my front door and this fellow flopped in.
