A busy week over here preparing for the move - Content Production has been slowed, but there's some awesome stuff on the way.

1. Potential Book In The Pipeline - Monsieur De Bougrelon by Jean Lorrain

A gift from a fan from a while back.If any of ya'll are in a J.K Huysmans / Maldoror mood for October, this appears like it will scratch the itch.

Spurl editions has some really interesting stuff...

2. Well This Is Really Dark.

But that leather jacket is fucking rad.

Anthony Bourdain's belongings are on auction.

Here's the entire estate.

3. The Greatest Cartoon Character Ever Created.

Phil Ken Sebben.

I used to watch Harvey Birdman when I was much younger. I still think Stephen Colbert nailed it with this Errol Flynn-esque one-eyed boss pervert.

Harvey Birdman had some of the strangest humor ever - lightning fast jokes and puns.

One of the best from the people at Adult Swim.

4. Something I Thought The Other Morning While Taking Out The Trash

If You're Comfortable With Dying...Absolutely Nothing Can Stop You.

5. What I'm Drinking

Yemen Mokha

From 'The History of Coffee' Wiki Page"The earliest substantiated evidence of either coffee drinking or knowledge of the coffee tree is from the early 15th century, in the Sufi monasteries of Yemen"

The fact that you can actually order this stuff is mind boggling, and amazing.

Bonus: A Killer Song (played in Antonioni's Blow-Up)

And if you're looking for something to read, don't forget to check out my Amazon store.

I'm sure you'll find something right up your alley.

Apparently, there's supposed to be a new season of Harvey Birdman forthcoming. There was a time as a teenager when I made a point to stop watching television, and the only exception I made was for Adult Swim on sunday nights (it was originally only on once a week).

That coffee sounds great—do you get the beans already roasted from Sweet Maria’s or do you have to roast them yourself?

John Cambre

Where are you moving to, sir?
