Sorry for the comment spree, but I've been binging on a backlog of your reviews. Great video, lots of insight I can relate to (not going to school for creative development and the essentiality of weight training being chief among those). I couldn't but notice that you were using a coldbrew method similar to what I was using earlier this year (I was using a Takeya, myself). I recently discovered a new one that I'm just in love with and that seems to get a hell lot more out of the grounds than I was getting through immersion. Beanplus is the name of it, and it was recently funded through Indiegogo. I had a bit of trouble at first (be sure to compact the grounds gently if ever you give it a try), but once I figured it out, I was blown away. Anyway, just a tip from a fellow junky.
