Good evening everyone! Hope all is well.

Currently finishing up Camus' 'The Stranger' - So good! I forgot how great it is. Haven't read it since my early 20's (if not earlier?).

Have a great weekend and thanks so much for your support.

1. Book I want to read - 'The Journal of Albion Moonlight' by Kenneth Patchen

A gift from Shauna - Thanks!--------------------Kenneth Patchen sets off on an allegorical journey of his own in which the far boundaries of love and murder, madness and sex are sensually explored. His is the tale of a disordered pilgrimage to H. Roivas (Heavenly Savior) in which the deranged responses of individuals point up the outer madness from which they derive in a more imaginative way that social protest generally allows.

Like Camus, Kenneth Patchen is anti-cool, anti-hip, anti-beat.

2. Traditional Bookbinding

Cool video on the process.

3. Tsundoku

Learned that this is a thing today.

I've suffered from it for as long as I can remember.

4. I haven’t seen a single episode of Miami Vice but coupled with P.I.L I’m totally intrigued

5. Who Killed Mr. Moonlight?

Outrageously cringey lyrics but man what a great song.

Used to listen to this when I was 15 or 16.

"Dead men doing Douglas Fairbanks stunts" is a pretty good line though.

Wow, I suffer from a serious case of tsundoku. I've long said I am much better at buying books than I am reading them. Glad to know it has a name. Labeling it is the first step toward healing.

I am Old King Tsundoku! Love Camus greatly.

I have a severe case of tsundoku! I already have way more books than I'll ever read if I live to be 150 (ditto for sheet-music that I'll never get around to playing), piling up in such abundance (double- and triple-parked) that I have to have more shelves put in. But is that stopping me from accumulating more books? Uh, that would be an "N-O"!
