Start Engine MOD for Assetto Corsa - update v2.2 (Patreon)

Hello everyone.

I just want to inform you that the start engine and ignition mod has been updated.

With Ian's help, we've likely managed to eliminate the issue in cars with an H-pattern gearbox. Please refer to the ReadMe, Changelog, and Own tweaks files. They might be helpful during installation and in resolving some of the issues that arise.

I unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to test the changes, but from a code perspective, it looks promising.

The update is available for both the base version of this mod and the version with anti-lag.
