  • 02:29 - WHAT A DAY
  • 05:23  - WHARF TALK (feat. A$AP Rocky)

  • 09:43 - HEAVEN TO ME
  • 11:54 - BOYFRIEND, GIRLFRIEND (2020 Demo) (feat. YG)
  • 13:47 - SORRY NOT SORRY

Extra afterthoughts:

  • i think i genuinely prefer these tracks to the rest of CMIYGL... teehee
  • lush production, like a warm summer day. captures the vibe perfectly
  • STUNTMAN is so good. definitely checking out Vince Staples sometime. what a banger.
  • tyler prides himself in his chords, and they stand out in WHARF TALK!
  • btw, should i check out A$AP Rocky since he has a tyler co-sign?
  • ...and/or YG?
  • the kanye sample used in HEAVEN TO ME is absolutely beautiful... ugh it makes me so frustrated that i can't go check out the original tbh
  • honestly, Cole from Dissect podcast hyped me up too much for BOYFRIEND, GIRLFRIEND, so I feel like i was a little disappointed in it LOL
  • SORRY NOT SORRY.... the build up to the explosive climax(es). the drama, the tension, the sincerety.. seriously felt like I was going to cry.
  • favourites: DOGTOOTH, SORRY NOT SORRY

For the Sorry Not Sorry music video all the Tyler personas from left to right are: Flower Boy, Goblin, Cherry Bomb, Igor, Sir Tyler Baudelaire, Bastard, the shirtless Tyler, and Wolf Haley

DOGTOOTH has been on repeat daily for me this whole past week 😅

God the talk about self love. Very much relate and feel that, as a lot of my turning points in life have been about accepting that it's okay to be selfish sometimes to protect your feelings and peace. Even when the external love is validating or supportive, sometimes it's not the right advice/type you need. Path wisdom as always <3

I think people were theorizing that that might be a new persona of his for a new upcoming album, or that he’s “done” with personas and will be focusing on his true self like channel Sergio Scardigno said on YouTube, interesting video if you want to check it out :) a few comments were hopeful for this meaning we might get a self titled album from Tyler

.

definitely check out rocky

What a Day is beautifully done, Madlib produced the track and he’s like one of my favorite producers ever, if you ever have the chance you should check out some music he’s produced!

Qyshawn Sanders

Heaven by John Legend although Kanye produced is still a great song using this sample And I believe What A Day uses the same sample as Boblo Boat by Royce Da 5'9 ft J Cole
