Ada Wong's design is definitely sexier in RE:4 than in RE:2. In particular, the image that emphasizes the red lipstick by AI is a key point.

I always have the impression that this character creates more fantasy than its designers could have imagined. A slender body, tight-fitting clothes that reveal her chest which is not absent but which is not excessive either. A severe face, a boyish haircut...And yet it makes more than one dream. The number 9 really symbolizes that 20/20 for me. Otherwise, she's still the only character I know who has a bath duck named after him.
