Rangiku in TYBW is definitely sharper and more tense than in the main story. The short bob cut hair seems to show her fighting spirit. 😤

I never really knew if the short hair was just like that or because of the loss of a love. (following the school tradition visible in all manga). It makes her more mature, adult and it increases her charm in an incredible way.
