Old idea <3 (Patreon)

This is one of my old unfinished comics that would have starred Dyle and Finn. I didn’t finish it because I just physically didn’t have the energy. But maybe I’ll do it someday, because I still love my idea that you can escape twisted Gardenview by leaving on a train. The events take place after the Ichor incident. The story starts with Dyle having been gone for a long time, no one knowing where, and Finn, his friend, being surprised and really happy to see him. He even almost hugged him, but remembered in time that Dyle isn’t really into hugs <3 Dyle told Finn he hadn’t disappeared for no reason: he accidentally fell asleep on a train and rode it for an unknown number of hours. When he woke up, he decided to just get off, and found the next car full of twisteds. And not only were twisted there, but his own twisted version too. Not a regular one, though, a strange one. His eyes had been clawed out by the many twisteds he’d been devouring, so he was slow and blind, crawling endlessly and incredibly slowly along the cars, growling something under his breath. And in that barely intelligible growling you could make out something like “Present your ticket.” Dyle got scared and decided to run from this creature further down the cars, toward the engineer’s cab, stop the train and get off. But the cars turned out to be endless and didn’t lead to the cab. He only managed to escape because after a couple of days the train stopped at a station. That’s how Dyle returned to the other toons in their safe place, where they hid from the twisteds and from where they went to the floors for runs. Basically, the living area. And on the way there, Dyle remembered that old Gardenview tickets sometimes show up at the abandoned stations the train occasionally stops at. He and Finn both wondered at the same time, what if that guard, that anomaly, wasn’t on the train for no reason? What if they actually showed him a ticket? What if he let them through to whatever was behind him? What if that’s the way out to the normal human world? And so Dyle came back to Finn to suggest that he and someone else try to test this theory. That’s the idea. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely draw it, but now I’m too busy xDD
