In the first bonus episode, Life Coach asks if Dick is still in contact with anyone from Dr. Phil. He said "I found out recently that the crazy feminist on that show-" and trailed off. Did she contact Dick or someone he knew?

He explained in a later episode. Basically, he thought Swinge had leverage on Maddox because Maddox still wanted him on his show, despite his continued association with Dick. This means Maddox must really need him if it trumped his desire to give ultimatums to people. He could easily use that leverage to get a raise

He explained it later. He did find her and got in contact with her. SHE HAS THE EPISODES! But she won’t give them up. I think it was because of a lawsuit or something. I don’t fully remember the why tbh, but it was something like that.
