June's parents have reached out to the pastor because June is having some kind of a crisis. When June gets back to town, he wants Billy and Chastity to get together with her and pray for clarity and guidance. As this conversation is happening, Billy grabs Chastity's hand as she's getting ready to leave. He guides her hand to his crotch. He then slowly slides his hand down her body and....

I have a theory about what's going on with Chastity.. that started with the security guard mentioning that her dad noticed the tape of the slumber party missing. Dad's also trying to perv on Chastity, wanted the slumber party tape, and found the footage of Chastity and June! That's why June is on retreat, and why Chastity has been "sent here by God" to purge the greater sin with the lesser... rather, her dad is pressuring her towards a hetero relationship, and sending June away. Her dad is "checking in" with this call but not being obvious that that's what he's doing... he might be hoping to overhear Chastity doing things to Billy on the phone.....

I think there is definitely a strong train of thought that Chastity and June's increasingly sexual relationship isn't lost on her father and that he's taking steps to separate the two and perhaps nudge Chastity toward a hetero relationship, even if that means letting it go "too far" for his usual standard. I have heard that some "conversion therapy" techniques involve exposing participants to pornography that would normally be forbidden but is deemed acceptable for "therapy." Maybe this is a more in-person example.
