2025 News (Patreon)

Hello everybody, it is now 2025!

With a new year, there comes new things, or some old things you forgot you have and now are treating them like new! Anyway, there are some news in regards to what is coming this year, so bear with me, this might be a lengthy post:

In regards to Marine Defenders, yes, I know there were lots of delays and even more with December's family visit, and my mother getting sick. I am doing some arrangements to at the very least keep the progress constant and avoid having long pauses whenever working on it. Wednesday streams will resume today at 4pm CT/5pm ET and will still be used to work on the comic.

 That being said I cannot promise the chapters will be coming fast since starting this year I'll be working on Webtoon 2025 Contest, and I won't be entering with Marine Defenders.

The reason I won't enter Marine Defenders into the contest is due to the current state of the chapters, the current issues I have with the staff deleting some of them in more than 1 occasion, and the circunstances on it was first created when working with my former partner. Still I do not discard the posibility that by entering the contest, even if it is with another project, that Marine Defenders will gain enough attention for it to become something big, but time will tell.

Now, I did mention I would be entering the contest with another project, and it would be Fool Lunches! Those who know me since DeviantArt probably know of it since it was my very first comic project, and those who follow my work in Tapastic have seen its last version. This is the project I will be working this year, which is why I cannot speed up the progress with Marine Defenders, however rest assured I will keep working in the comic even if it is hard.

Pledges will remain open for the support tier, and the No Shells tier (which will also be worked on as always). I know most of you follow the Patreon for Marine Defenders, and I'll understand if some of you decide to pause or cancel your pledges due this news, but it would mean the world to me if you kept supporting me regardless.
