Marine Defenders no longer in Webtoon (Patreon)

You were aware that I was participating in a contest, and if I didn't mention where before, it was for Webtoon, and that's when things went downhill.

I was originally not planning on entering this comic to the contest, but due to time constrains I already mentioned before, I decided to give it a go with Marine Defenders thinking "What could go wrong?" Well apparently I got my answer shoved into my face with a mighty stomp...

Not only did the designs clashed with Webtoon's terms under the type of Nudity, but despite my many revision the conflict persisted so I decided not to pursue the matter anymore.

This isn't the first time that has happened either, before the contest I started to have episodes removed due the same issues and tried to focus on the Retcon to try and solve them, but with this I just realized Marine Defenders isn't made for that platform.

Comic will continue being on Tapastic, so long a similar conflict does not spawn.

I find it ironic though, when I started the series after Merpals was disolved I redesigned the characters into what they look now and people said "How dare you remove the nudity from their original designs!?" only to have Webtoon say "How dare you bring nudity to our platform!?"

I won't deny this has gotten me down, there were months of preparations, editing, and such just to have the door slammed shut in my face, but I will try to just let it slide and move on... or maybe upload Little Sea Witch into their platform, you know, to give 'em a reason to yell "NUDITY!" But jokes aside, that is what has been hapening in regards to the comic.

I will continue to update you of anything in regards to it.
