Light Probes & Reflection Probes Return (Patreon)

This probably should've been done ever since the performance issue has been solved by the creation of the Update Manager class. It was quite delayed by new game modes development such as Chess 960, Fog of War, Atomic, etc. But here it is, the light probes, it will make all chess pieces, avatars and enviornment looks much smoother and nicer.Previously there were two main issues that was causing the frame loses: Join Notification and Chess Pieces Update Functions. These problem has been solved a long time ago through the development, but I never re-created these deleted light probes and reflection probes. I thought these were the source of the lag. So since they've been proven innocent, why not add them back and give all players their deserved better visual experience? x3
