But (for once) she agreed that we needed to capture the difference between the tongue being in the mouth and out of the mouth, it's a very different sort of "aaaah"....and as for the bit at the end, well, that was a little adlib from the actress.... probably inspired by real events, it's still one of the best ways to get a good temperature reading after all, and the actress had a bit of a high temperature in February....
