Running a day behind, but I had to share this one — me and the actress in action (well, sort of… the ponytail is artistic license!). Full post below with my thoughts on poses, play, and a certain warmed-up bottom…

Another page of the comic is on the way! I’ve been busy setting up poses and clothing for some serious renders — the kind that might just make Candice’s eyes water (and her bottom a little heated, too).

While I was working on the setups, I started thinking about what it’s like to recreate poses in real life. To get the perfect over-the-lap position, it really does take two consenting adults (which is always the case when the actress and I mess around).

Sometimes it’s as simple as popping a phone on a stand, snapping a quick photo, and running it through some AI filters. If I need a bit of video, that takes more planning — and honestly, if the mood isn’t right, it just doesn’t happen. The key is that nobody should ever feel like they “should” go over a knee — it has to be something both people want in the moment. However if it has been planned well it can be really good, the role play just sort of kicks in.

The best times, though, are when it happens unplanned. It might start with a bit of playful banter, the actress calling me a name, me pretending to be deeply offended… and before long she knows she’s in danger of a trip across my lap. A bit of mock protest, some laughter, and eventually she’s there — safe, comfortable, and happily in her role. And sure enough, it doesn’t take long before her bottom is getting nicely warmed up, which always adds to the fun.

The only trouble? There’s never a camera set up when those magic moments happen. And truth be told, they’re rare — the stars really do have to align. But that’s what makes them special.
