Hi everyone, how have you been?

I thought it best to leave it a few days to let the Super Bowl settle into memory before posting the results of Amy and Dolly’s wager.

But as you may have guessed… Dolly’s team got the upper hand.

Which means Amy now has to go through the ordeal she very confidently agreed to in a rather high-stakes bet. Funny how bold predictions feel different in hindsight.

While I was rendering away, it got me thinking…

Is it better to watch, or to do?

It must be incredible to drive an F1 car — full control, feeling every adjustment, deciding when to push harder and when to ease off. Watching one in real time, though, is quite something too.

Now cars aren’t really my thing.

But the actress is.

And many a time I’ve found myself firmly in the “driving seat” when it comes to warming her up. The view is excellent. The sounds are even better. You can turn up the heat if needed or keep things gently simmering. Decide when things are ready to “lift the hood”… adjust the seat covers… and when you’ve reached your destination, park her neatly and admire the bodywork.

Control is a wonderful thing.

But then I wondered…

What would it be like to watch instead?

You’d still see everything you need. You’d get multiple angles. You could document the scene. Perhaps even cheer on the driver.

But who would we trust with the keys?

And why would someone else need to take the wheel in the first place?

Fantasy time…

It would have to be a friend. A dear friend. And perhaps the actress hasn’t exactly been on her best behaviour lately — skipping gym meets, missing coffee dates, letting standards slip.

So Saturday morning she arrives at the house.

She’s told, quite clearly, how disappointed her friend is.

Perhaps she’s asked to change into something… appropriate. (I’ll leave that detail with you.)

Then in the front room she’s guided over her friend’s lap and—

Well.

I really don’t need to write any more.

I’m getting rather warm just thinking about it.

Point proved.

Alas, I can’t see this ever actually happening (although I know exactly which friend it would be), so designated driver I shall remain. I can always enjoy the highlights later.

Anyway, on with the posts.

Today is mainly Amy’s misfortunes — full animation and stills are live. I’m rendering daily at the moment, so expect more as the week goes on.

Now… where did I put my car keys?

I know, Ai slop but I quite liked them as a visual aid for my little fantasy…..😜🍑

Cheers. 7656765
