CW/TW ⚠️: homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, and pedophilic statements, as well as potentially triggering visuals and discussion of body modification (cutting/scarring)

Bucks County Batman claims to be a hero of Philadelphia and an advocate for men's mental health, but is it possible he's doing more harm than good?

Robin Huggins

IVE BEEN BEEFING WITH THIS GUY FOR MONTHS OH MY GOD. So glad you're talking about him this guy sucks

gabi

as a philadelphian who works for a mental health nonprofit: oh no!

Leya

jarvis is so scared of the cosplay community today

Patrick M

I love when Jordan drops subtle Weekly Planet-isms

Foreverwishes

As a cosplayer, your comments were fine Jarvis LOL don’t worry

R.E. Beaulieu

Jordan's ENCYCLOPEDIC knowledge of Batman is giving me life. I laughed at every trivia joke 🔥

gabriel

maaan i wish this guy wasnt a weirdo

Dominic Rodegeb

GUYS How come Jarvis is never at 100% health during the nights episode, if he's not on his period he has a headache if he doesn't have a headache his stomach hurts like what's going on with that????

Dominic Rodegeb

THIS IS A JOKE ITS A reference to the latest gold video don't kill me

Kenneth.LSWO

Speaking of transphobia in sports, one time I got barred from a women soccer game as a trans MAN. Like, as an Afab person...

Jessi D

Philly Batman: "Teach your sons how to be men!" Philly Batmans dad: "Idk what's wrong with him he dresses like a bat"

Malek

they should make a uk version of the batman like the office and jordan plays the joker

scarlet

"it's like those people who are depressed they can't be in the world of (James Cameron's) avatar " wait maybe I'm just off twitter and this is something people talk about but could there be someone else in the world that watched How To With Jon Wilson?!

Laura Fickel

it would be great if Beethoven could hear Bad Romance but also he was deaf so that would be crazy if hear could hear anything at all lol

alex

naur when u said this guy was from philly... i've never heard of him im going to chase him out

Jennkitty

As a huge batman fan this pisses me off soooo much. I hate when toxic masculinity dudes treat batman as a symbol of their ideals when like the whole point of it is about deconstructing toxic masculinity. Also when they use him to denounce queer people as if batman comics don't have him in romances with like 5 different men and women at any given point

Iirc a dietician is a licensed medical professional and a nutritionist can be whatever. Like a chiropractor. So go to a dietician for sure lol.

Persi

Does anyone remember BatDad from vine? I remember him being so funny and nice and not like this guy 🫥

TheRecognitionScene

just wanted to thank you for your genuine anger with the transphobia stuff. it means a lot to see ppl who aren't directly affected by transphobia standing up against it so strongly!!

Robin Hulbert

the word for the anime hair thing is ahoge! (translates to idiot hair)

Mattias

the energy from batman's parents reminds me of the parents from Stepbrothers

Lily Delphia

😂 I immediately thought of Philly Jesus and all the things we found out about him in more recent years.

Zack McGrady

Dietetics student here, the term “nutritionist” is not a protected term within the US, so really anyone could call themself a nutritionist. A dietitian is someone who is accredited by the governing body ACEND, which requires a graduate degree in the field along with practical experience, an examination, and continuing education. A dietitian can give medical nutrition therapy, and a nutritionist cannot. In my opinion, someone calling themself just a nutritionist and not an RDN (registered dietitian nutritionist) is most likely a grifter. I would highly recommend consulting an RDN to get some insight into your stomach tissues.

Justin Wagner

Love that Jordan is a weekly wakadadoo. #robatbatinbat

i made an appointment in-person months in advanced for a glaucoma eye check and went in and they said they had no appointments and the doctor wasn't in.....i still have the appointment card on my fridge 💀

LittleMourningStarr

Hey guys!! I hope this doesn’t come off as too parasocial. But last year I was experiencing health wise the same thing you have been describing. I even had a colonoscopy that showed nothing wrong. They kept telling me I was fine, I had to switch to a different hospital chain. My gi there ordered me a breath test to check for some bacteria in my gut and I had it. I had to take a two week antibiotic and I have felt so much better since. I do have an underlying gi condition - I have celiac. I’m not advocating you cut gluten or anything like that. In fact, you shouldn’t if you want to get blood tested for celiac, if you haven’t been eating it it won’t show up. Okay, sorry for wall of text I just know how much feeling run down and stomach sick takes out of a person. I genuinely wish you the best and hope you find a doctor to take you seriously and find you answers. I love you. I’m sorry.

mars

sorry buckscountybatman2? not MY batman, adelaide batman my king <3

sadnehs

I fuckin hate hearing people with a bunch of money say "I don't drink or do drugs" or in general they don't spend their money on anything. Motherfucker I have a university degree and work full time in IT, I don't drink, or smoke, or do any drugs. I have no goddamn hobbies that cost money. I am flat broke. Go fuck yourself you rich fuck, you got lucky and were paid well by your work. ... I mean I do waste money on like .. treats I guess. But it would take like several decades atleast for my expenses to add up to 40 grand

sadnehs

Lets remember he started off by saying that "people say Philadelphia is like a Gotham without Batman" and the implication in that section is supposed to be that crime is rampant and "Gotham" needs a hero. And then later he says "I'd like to be shot." ... So ... Obviously it's not very bad in Phili if he's like yeah that'd be cool. He hasn't actually seen any violence in his local area.

sadnehs

At the start of the video stuff, I assumed Batman was just a chill guy with a cool suit. And as I learned more about him I thought less and less of him. The joker guy was barely shown so I similarly am assuming he's just a chill guy in a joker costume. Suddenly I am worried it'll be the same if I learn more about him lol. But atleast he can't pretend to be a hero because he picked the villain to dress up as.

Moby Doggy

I thought they were going to say “It would be crazy if Beethoven could hear” 😭💀

Kaelan

I’m in grad school and everyone on the pod has the absolute best collective energy. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank you for the laughs

slayla

I started this video and my laptop crashed and deleted the assignment I was working on. I can't recover the file but at least my patreon subscription still works.

JohnTheBudderman

I only remember Bucks County Batman because he cheated on his wife with a Catwoman cosplayer

Michelle MacMaster

Also an RD student (and a credentialed NDTR) and ran to the comments to say the same thing! I work in community nutrition and my mom calls me a "nutritionist" all the time, drives me nuts! I have whole entire degrees and almost 800 internship hours that say otherwise, lol.

Des Sweet

a nutritionist can be certified and does not always have a degree!! in some states you don’t need to be certified to be one!

AJ Johnston

Dog, I didn't know anything about this guy and the content warnings kicked me in the teeth

nickyyy777

i love the barber interjections😭

M. Bickers

Everyone missed "Who wouldn't want to be Batman's mom?" and uh... well... >_>

Mina Sophia Swier

barbers running late but dw he’ll share his zaxbys leftovers with you to make up for it

Heck

Augh I have been called out around the 44 minute mark.... I was one of those "if Pandora and Na'vi from Avatar aren't real what's the POINT :(" people. Scuttled around forums of people "trying to build communities" (wishful thinking) and tried to dip a toe into the Na'vi language. In my defense, I was also like 13 tho lmao

Jake Zook

Holy shit, I’m just now getting around to this episode, but I fucking grew up in Bucks County where that Batman guy is from. And I remember trying to tell my friends how fucking weird his rhetoric was and they wouldn’t listen because it was kinda cool to have a little local niche Internet microcelebrity. Fucking thank you for talking about this guy😭😭😭

Victoria Marie

Ahoge. Ahegao is..... something else.

Chloe💋

Omg typos are gonna be the death of me

Kristen

What a huge red flag when he says he video chats with his son and the first topic he lists is "what's going on at his moms house."

Vynnie

Guy feels like a hero just walking around in a cosplay suit he didn’t even make

Vynnie

Are we sure he doesn’t mean “mentally ill man” when he says he’s a “men’s mental health advocate”? The scaring and the “I’d like to be shot” comment and his mindset of literally being Batman is giving mental illness, like self harm and delusion

Gwen Serenity

Something about him just makes me think of the tv show the boys. Like he’s not even helping people he’s just doing it for publicity

Sophie Holt

scarification is totally a thing people get done professionally, whether it’s a “realistic” scar or another design they cut out of your skin, it’s just a way weirder more permanent form of body modification

Greg Goober

The Paul Blart profile pic really comletes this comment

Greg Goober

Unfathomable gender affirming W
