What are your favorite cereals?

Comments

VictorianMagnet

My favorite cereals are Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cookie Crisps, and Reese's Puffs. Also hope Jordan gets well soon!

Novelty Socks

I like fruity pebbles and golden grahams

Calea

Happy 100th episode guys!! My favorite cereal is Trix, even though everyone judges me for it 🤣

Kaz

How dare you insult honey smacks lmao I literally bought them today

nickyyy777

as a canadian, getting rid of the penny was amazing😭 everything gets rounded up or down so it “evens out”

nickyyy777

21:21 i said “is it not” out loud at the exact same time as jacob STOP

Diamondjihoon

In the UK honey smacks were advertised as Honey Monster Sugar Puffs and had a huge marketing campaign with this big yellow monster everywhere, so as a kid I wanted to try it so bad but my parents wouldn't let me because it had too much sugar, so one day when I got the chance I tried it at my school's breakfast club and can confirm despite the sick name it still tasted like pure ass. Never been so disappointed. I don't think I trusted marketing/advertising anymore after that moment 😭

Kat

Apple Jacks and Froot Loops are pretty much the same with different flavors, both owned by Kellogg. Frosted Flakes are corn flakes but literally just frosted lol. Honey bunches of oats is like a combination of corn flakes, Frosted Flakes and granola.

Gwen

I was a life kid and I still am

Gwen

Get well soon Jordan 💜

Natalie (redundantmartyr)

Happy 100th episode, Sad Boyz! Sorry to hear you caught the Too Cool To Pod disease, Jordan - hope you get better soon! 😔🙏❤️

M. Bickers

I reflexively went "By MENNEN" -- I, too, am old

JAZMIN3

I feel like they didn't capitalize on the Boston accent enough

Jori

French Toast Crunch, Honey Shreddies, and Frosted Flakes. Always get wal mart 3 for $10!

Joey Underwood

when jordan is back, eat some weetabix (cereal)

deceptacon

i really appreciate the invisible Jarvis camera angle

garbobarge

34:31 - the dunkin commercial has some weird cultural appropriation going on, like why did they use an Indigenous Australian didgeridoo and clapping sticks????

Randomized Designs

I think the cereal you were looking for similar to Applejacks is fruit loops

elle nowlin

reeeeeeally weird to accidentally be the target demographic for that dunkin super bowl commercial just because i love jeremy strong 😶 also good lord, that breast cancer commercial was fucking bone-chilling.

MJ

Jarving looks so baby in this ep

AJ Johnston

Cinnamon toast crunch gang, rise up

Jacob

whale youtube video titled "I ate human (so you don't have to" and the thumbnail is a whale making the whale version of the poison control stucker face with a panicking kayaker in the background.

Awkward

My favorites were Life, Kix, and Raisin Nut Bran, but a 1:1 mix of Golden Grahams and Lucky Charms was a rare dessert treat.

BeelzeBarf

WHAT DO YOU MEAN TRIX AREN'T FRUIT SHAPED????

Jaye Hawkorvan

*EVERY* first sip of coffee, it spills just enough to be a nuisance

Daniel

Perhaps this is an autism thing, but I DO NOT want pennies to go away. Mostly because that means no more pressed pennies. What other cheap, uniform souvenir can I collect?!?

Sav

Omg the whole .99 shi pisses me off. Here at gas stations it says like 3.99.99, LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN 99TH OF A PENNY UGH

Sav

DUDE I fucking love cereal! It's my autistic safe food :3 my favorite is golden puffs (honey smacks if you're not poor haha)

Luna Lugosi

Omg frosted flakes are gonna do it for me every time

becky

Honey Smacks SLANDER!! 😂

AbeilleAbbie

omg i’m taking an advertising class right now and this breakdown of the dunkin commercial is so perfect hahahahaha it’s like everything they’re telling us NOT to do

Cupid

Pressed penny enthusiast from Aus, ours have been increasing in price since we got rid of pennies in 1966, they now cost a FULL DOLLAR usually (64 American cents) please cherish your pennies while you can I miss cheap pennies so much they used to be 10 cents 😭

Daniel

Our pressed pennies have BEEN that expensive, I think I've gotten ones up to 4 USD. I think they have some machines that do dimes, but it's just not the same.

Johanna

Happy 100 <3

Bellamy

Chile mentioned!!!! Greeting from here!

Linnéa Dedorson

My fav cereal is havreringar by Frebaco kvarn (I am from Sweden). It's like oat cereals shaped like rings. ✨️

Cane.shuga

Rye chip lovers rise up 🙏🙏

yoonivas shu

Anastasia is the sweetest!! i was so happy were getting another episode with her <3

Neal Deschain

Old enough to remember when Trix were balls before they became fruit shaped and now apparently returned to ball form lol

Cupid

INSANE!! If the machine is giving me a penny I expect to insert a penny!

sadnehs

I remember thinking recently "I don't know what Anastasia looks like" because in an episode they were referring to their appearance. And I was thinking we've never seen Anastasia. And now I'm realizing I DID, because I recognize them. So now I'm wondering how many times has this happened? How many times have I seen Anastasia and then later forgotten and then later discovered I had forgotten.

sadnehs

Reminder that Veritasium did a whole automated driving puff piece on his channel, sponsored by an automated driving company. And pretty much openly brushed all the safety concerns under the carpet during it. And made it seem like they were nearly road ready when there are still huge issues.

Rozzettes

Cocoa Puffs were my jam for the longest time, with Corn Pops being a close second. Also as an odd one, I really loved eating Grape Nuts because I'd throw a ton of sugar into it and then eat most of it until the milk ran out 😂 these days I eat it with fruit and lactose-free milk and don't have to add any extra sugar cuz the milk is sweet enough lmao.

Tabitha

one time in high school, my choir had the “cerealympics” where in like the period of an hour we gave everyone little paper cups and we tried everyone’s favorite cereal and did like a tournament bracket of them. it’s how we discovered that after a certain point of eating cereal you get the “cereal sweats”. i offered up honey smacks and quite frankly i’m offended as fuck, i’m cancelling jarvis and jacob. for the record they did pretty well in the bracket.

DarkForestCryptid

The coolest thing I ever got from cereal boxes was a collection of dragon-themed computer games. They were like mini-CDs and the games were super rudimentary, but also for child me they were just perfect.

Leon Kiljoy

My thing with removing physical coins is in the long term I fear it alienates people who aren’t fortunate enough to have a proper bank account and it paves a road of removing physical currency entirely if not kept in check

Joob

Coco pebbles lovers unite 🫡

Jana

'I can tell' is an amazing response lmao

Caileigh Cunningham

A) Dunkin sludge is giving Baron Harkonnen from dune B) !! alphafold mention we use that at work everyday it’s a wicked cool tool we use, I viscerally hate AI but it’s far different from generative AI

Aubrey Planitz

I’m sorry. You don’t like the best part of Chex mix? I feel like it’s not even a debate that the pretzels are the worst part of Chex mix.

Delme

22:09 You might be thinking of Mike & Ikes and whatever the other thing is.

NoahRayS

I love the camera still panning to nobody whenever Jarvis was speaking in the beginning.

vellie

Drinking sprite or ginger ale when sick - bubbles soothe your tummy

Savanah Jett

Trix, peanut butter crunch and Apple Jacks

Savanah Jett

I remember the “by menin”

Raina

My favorite as a kid was Raisin Bran with frosted mini wheats as a close second! (Yes, I have been accused of being an old lady from a very young age lol)

Lilian Moon

Thank you! I also picked out all of the marshmallows and ate only the cereal part from Lucky charms when I was a kid. And everyone I've told has said I'm crazy.
