Can anyone help me get on the discord? Also just a random thought not really related to anything today specifically: there’s been a lot of discussion of Andrew Tate between the two of you over the life of the podcast. I definitely don’t think dunking on him is the same as giving him a genuine platform, but I think taking some time to look at the music Chrissy Chlapecka is coming out with/responding to her new music video/having her on the podcast would be really fucking cool. I don’t really know what the opposite of Andrew Tate looks like, but I don’t think Chrissy is exempt from the running.

I think the point where they talk about how the pod leads to interesting conversations in a way that normal conversations don't tend to is an interesting one. When talking with people it can feel a little too direct or overbearing to ask the sorts of interrogative questions that come with a podcast, but asking those questions can lead to much more interesting conversations as a result. It's a matter of circumstance, I think.

as a trans man who uses He/they/him like... this really means a lot hearing you say you pronouns arent hard id actually been really unsure where you two (or drew for that mater) stood on that kinda stuff and its kinda hard to know, like is this youtuber i like gonna turn out to be Transphobic, is this gonna be another comedian who im the butt of the joke tomorrow? idk if other trans poeple feel that way but personally it gets really hard to enjoy things when every other day it feels like some youtuber or comedian thats liked comes out as blatantly transphobic .

I’m commenting over a year after this comes out, but video game addiction is genuinely so real. My parents almost got a divorce bc my dad would go to work 7am-7pm, then literally play video games as soon as he got home. Often not sleeping, or if he did it was only a few hours. It’s kinda embarrassing to admit COD literally tore my family apart. My dad has accepted he probably has ADHD & it would explain so much of the weird hyperfixations that would consume his life. I got diagnosed last year & I’m happy I can figure moderation out before I have kids (hopefully). Anyways video game addiction is not fun & ADHD is definitely debilitating lol

Video game addiction is insane, people don’t realize how bad anything can be espcially in extremes, but, video games espcially are built to stim our brains, pull us in in many ways from story to cosmetics etc. Also such an open environment talking about anxitey and other feelings of mental health 💞 fills my anxious soul to see all the support and validation for these real feelings many of us struggle with. Thanks kings 💪🏻👑
