Entangled in Casts (Patreon)

The reason this story, written by Mabauterklamm and partially by me, is called "Entangled in Casts" is because of this scene.

When we were discussing the story's plot, we frequently used the word "entangled" to describe this particular scene. Eventually, we realized it perfectly captured the essence of the story, so we decided to use it as the title.

This picture is probably the most difficult one I've ever drawn. It may not feature as many characters as the 100th illustration I drew a few years ago, but in terms of posing and composition, this is by far the most challenging piece I've worked on.

Starting from the sketching stage, I experimented with countless poses, discarding many of them before arriving at this final composition. My laptop even started lagging from time to time because of the sheer number of layers in the file. Still, after many hours of work, I'm genuinely happy with how it turned out. I'm very satisfied with the final result, and I hope this illustration is worthy of carrying the title of the story.
