I hope this was big wake up call for Yang, and I'm glad Jaune got his sword back. And I am so glad that Jaune called out Raven on her crap, and she can't admit that she is weak, and that she does love her daughter.

Really well written. Choosing to replace Yang's amputation with the drugging as the beginning of her character arc toward mature self control and adding Raven as a interrupter of the conflict and putting all of this in just a single back room, Kino. Hopefully Taiyang and Qrow like Jaune when he meets them, I assume next chapter, in the Hospital. Great chapter Excited for next week.

Well, this is a lesson that Yang will not forget any time soon, thankfully Jaune and Raven stepped in before it could go further than that, thank Penny for the clutch save too. Also good on Jaune telling it how it is to Raven, suffice to say I don't think Yang's going to care anymore to look for Raven and when they do meet it would be to pound her face in the ground and drag her to jail. Speaking of which since the next chapter is going to be the Hospital and Ruby and Tai are definitely going to be there, I think Jaune shouldn't fuck around and demand that Tai tells the truth about Raven to Yang, and points to her on what almost happened because he or Qrow wouldn't be forthcoming, since Yang would have never gotten into this type of mess and almost get scared if they had just told her about Raven. Anyway, all and all I think Jaune has earned at least a foot into the door that is Yangs heart now after this fiasco, if not completely have Yang fall for him, anyways interested to see how the next chapter goes.

My goodness that was a fantastic chapter and ugh Raven pisses me off like usual. Jaune was right she was the only pathetic one there hiding and running like a coward since she found out that Salem was immortal. Hopefully Yang takes this as a life lesson to practice as a certain mad auror from Harry Potter would say constant vigilance.

Another great chapter as always. I wonder how everything is gonna play out now that yang almost had something horrific to her. Hopefully tai and ruby show up at the hospital ( myabe oz too?). Yang may have acted like a dumbass but Tai and qrow keeping thier knowledge about raven from her made yang go to drastic measures to find out. Lowkey hoping Jaune chews tai out cuase of it. God I wish the chapters were longer

Well damn. Yang and Penny might end up as bffs in this one. Will also be interesting to see how yang takes this close call relationship wise. Could see it going both ways from "well that was traumatizing, let's pump the brakes on intimacy" to "my knight in shining armor, take me now!". Just kinda more Yang brand aggressive, awkwardly adorable and unintentionally educational for Penny.

First of all, i love penny in this chapter, how excited she was to “commit crime” lol, yang was mad overconfident accepting drinks she hasnt seen prepared in front of her from scumbags. Is aura supposed to make someone resistant to drugs or something, if this drug was somehow abnormal or boosted it would explain why it took her off guard. She’s canonically a party girl right? Cant be the first time some asshole has gotten ideas, or at least SOMEONE has had to have warned her of the possibility. Was she showing off and wanted to look cool to her new friends?
