Up until this point Franky was actually never revealed to be a shipwright, he was a villain and a demolition worker. So, unfortunately for you, knowing he joins the crew was a big spoiler. Like me and other people watching this blind you'd be trying to guess who will join the crew, if any. Paulie seems to be the best fit because he looks cool and has useful and amazing rope skills, and his moment with Luffy makes him seem worthy for the strawhat crew. Personally I also thought Kaku could join when we saw him flying and this made me suspect him less. Either way this arc is so good and there's so much going on without it feeling complicated or convoluted that this spoiler doesn't ruin your overall experience. As you said, the writing here is amazing. I'm glad you're enjoying it, and looking forward for the rest of your reactions to it. There are still many great moments ahead!

I don't mean to be rude. I just genuinely don't understand. Why do you keep trying to analyze everything? Especially when they're about to reveal something, that ruins the entire point

How i like to watch the shows. Is what it is. I enjoy it

Yeah, I don't mean to ask you to change. Do what you enjoy. I still love your reactions. I apologize if that sounded mean i genuinely meant no harm

At times I just like analyzing and such. But I think later on it gets more chill on the ruining the moment vibesm
