Yea it was just an example lol. Lots of brothels besides being thought of as sex workers are very smart and strategic, acting flirty with guests to get important Intel. They even show that in a pirate series black sails. From what I've seen of all previous marines so far, I never would have assumed they were marines lol. And yeah, I usually like to approach everyone of having different thought processes and so on, without negative intent unless they show it.

Definitely want to second the without negative intent part. I wouldn't watch so much of your shit if I thought you were a bad guy or something. I think for me as a queer woman it's just especially interesting to see a straight man reacting to one piece in real time. I, of course, always see the blatant fan service and attractive woman characters but it's never particularly notable to me. So, even tho I'm sure you amp it up for comedic affect, it always peaks my notice when you really go crazy over Robin or any other ladies. You notice a lot of shots I never really paid attention to and such. So this was just a genuine "huh, literally never woulda crossed my mind that that's why they were in uniform" kinda thing. You keep mentioning black sails and I'm thinking I really should start watching that soon. You're a great spokesman for it 😂

Oh gosh. If you love pirate shit, I assume you do haha, Def watch black sails. Don't wanna give spoilers but it's so good, and me going in blind, the plot twist was so unexpected. I would compare it to like a pirate version of game of thrones. Also, a good portion of people behind black sails were also involved in the one piece live action. So cool haha.
