To answer your question you sort of asked but they make super unclear about what the Major actually was. He was like Police Girl was in the very beginning of the series. A person changed into a vampire that never drank human blood. He just had all those extra parts cause that doctor was fixing him up for decades. That's what that blood flowing towards him then stopping in a circle was earlier in the episode was. He was going to drink, but decided against doing so, because of needing to keep that sense of self.

Ahhhh damn. Did not even get that one bit haha. Hopefully watching the abridged will clear some things up for me then.
