An eager subordinate with lots of energy is the worst thing that can happen to foot-dragging Tanya, no more mounds of applications to hide behind. 3:43 Remember Tanya's actions as a drill instructor? And the general is telling her can even be rough with them? Tanya is trying to make them quit so she can go back to the recruiting stage and drag things out. SEALS today have a Hell Week in training camp, Tanya gave her men a Hell Month trying to make them quit. 21:35 Tanya was the only one halfway fluent in Dakian so she has to give the warning, but not being completely fluent she spoke in her normal voice. Tanya's Dakian battle mirrors Romania in WW1, they came in on the side of the allies and invaded Germany, but they were using outdated tactics and weaponry and the seasoned German troops curb stomped the invading Romanians. Think back to the second episode the office worker said he had all sorts of complexes and a twisted personality, now its coming out in Tanya.
