Im so happy Im not the only one who finds the hair bleach question so interesting and meaningful. I couldnt care less about haircolor but as you said it shows a lot about their mindset. And as an intp I couldnt be more on the f side for that question. Of course you owe your first loyalty to your teammate whos having a hard time. Yes you can always discuss it later but as a human being your first response should be "whats wrong, how can we fix it" not blame. Geonwoo really pissed me off with this. Jiahao and Sangwon to a lesser extend. The thing I can stand least in idols is being puppets and when their brainwashing shows and I love the rebellion stories. Also, to the escalation point, I dont think immediate blame and harshness wont prevent that, quite the opposite. What migh prevent that is comforting, being there for them, strengthening the bond of the team and running out to get box dye eventually, after you talked, before any manager sees it. Core memory right there and the member will feel more sorry and obligated towards the group, blame will only leave him resentful. Yes, bleaching the hair is destructive but so is blaming afterwards. Funny how you had completely opposite reaction to Geonwoo here, for me he was the most insistent on being harsh and it actually reminded me of his controversy and I was surprised he still didnt even pretend to be kinder to his teammates. From everyone honestly him and Jiahao were the most "you cant be understanding when someone made a (honestly minor) mistake".
