PLEASE READ!!!! (Patreon)

A very distressing crazy thing happened yesterday and I was made aware that one of the Instax reward packages I sent out ended up at a wrong address due to another person's shipping label somehow getting stuck on my package en route. 

The woman who got it made a huge deal out of getting it by mistake. She did an unboxing video on her IG feed, as well as Facebook apparently, showing the package (where you can clearly see part of my label plus the original postage) and doing a commentary about how shocked and offended she is that she got this in mail and it wasn’t the detergent she ordered….. 

I was tagged in the replies on this post an hour later by her with a snarky comment about her “investigating”, aka peeling off the wonky loose label addressed to her, and finding my label and name to search and tag me to let me know who ever it was meant for won’t be getting it. 

I politely replied asking her to accept my DMs about how this was obviously a mistake by the USPS. She refuses, claiming she doesn’t know me and this could be a scam. I responded telling her that this is no scam, that it is very obviously not her mail, and once she discovered that fact she should have gone to the post office and/or contacted me right away and that she needs to return it to me.

At this point she full on loses it on me, making like this is my fault, that she didn’t even have to notify me about this mix up, and the photo is “long gone”. 

This preceded to go on for way to long with me explaining over and over that I get her being shocked by receiving an explicit photo in the mail without her consent BUT once she discovered the original labels she should have went to the post office about it so they could return it to the sender as any normal person would do having received someone else’s mail. Cause you know, opening and destroying another person’s mail is a felony and all. I also pointed out that if she was so offended why would be post it to her all her social media platforms in the first place? 

After over an hour of back and forth with her insulting me the whole time, and her own friends pointing out the obvious mistake as well, she finally conceded and deleted the posts. 

Hours later, she does DM me apologizing and blaming all her reactions to the Instax and her lashing out at me on her anxiety… and doubles down on the fact she destroyed the photo. Then blocks me. 

To me, it feels like she made the posts and tagged me because she was attention seeking (anything for internet clout) and wanted to slut shame me for sending naughty photos in the mail. If this package had contained any other thing, she probably would have returned to sender without batting an eyelash. 

So, please, if you don’t receive your February Instax reward, shoot me a message so I can send you another one as I have a couple more from that set left. 

I'm so very heartbroken over this whole thing. Every instax I take is like precious treasure to me that I get to send to all of you with love knowing you'll cherish them too. I was in tears last night knowing that this hateful woman got her hands on it and destroyed it for no reason.
