Arabella Nova - INSTAX PREVIEW (Patreon)

For ages, a billboard that is at a stoplight on the route to my partner's house featured a stunning model staring you down intensely who, I swear I recognized but couldn't for the life of me pinpoint how. Legit plagued me (my partner even made a joke of how she was staring into my soul all the time) but I'm super scattered brained on top of the fact a decade of my life was spent drunk at horror conventions and goth clubs soooo.... I wasn't about to further embarrass myself by posting out asking who she was - granted I'm telling y'all this story now but I can laugh at myself after the fact. Flash forward to last summer, one of my friends posts an old club photo of her with this mystery model and BAM I realize who she is: Arabella Nova, the super rad burlesque performer that I have a shit ton of mutuals with and have definitely seen out and about in Philly at events/clubs.

So, I sent her a potentially creepy DM on Instagram telling the story of her billboards haunting me for years and asking if she'd be interesting in shooting sometime. Lucky me, she found this hilarious and has been wanting to shoot with me too!
