HELLO there, dear bros! You know what day it is — let’s do this thing! Here comes a fresh Monday Post hot off the press!

MODERN TECHNOLOGY. A few days ago, I tried to take apart my laptop (the one I use for everything, including work) because one of the fans started making an odd sound, and I wanted to see if it could be replaced. After examining the insides, I decided not to mess with it and just leave it as is for now. Freaking modern technology, man -_-. I’m old enough to remember when laptops were built with easy access to the HDD, battery, and fans. All you needed to do was unscrew a couple of screws, and you could easily replace the battery or upgrade your RAM yourself. These days, they just glue everything together. :(

CITY POP. Big thanks to TrapHunter69 for sharing two awesome City Pop playlists in the comments under last week’s Monday Post! I thought it would be a crime to keep those playlists to myself, so I’m sharing them here for everyone who’s interested:PLAYLIST#1: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKaDRg-WYTJYWUKR2KW24l3JDw6OHku8-&si=tfv-6r-jNvDXNpN-PLAYLIST#2: https://youtu.be/iHPLWp3Wrwo?si=2zVJghH8qwsMfeXH

GAMES. Fate/Extra CCC continues to cure my very soul with its writing, character design, music — honestly, every other aspect of it, really! I’m also still playing Conan for PS2. The Vulture Clan must pay! XD

MOVIE recommendation for this week is RCT-168. It’s a real classic, so I highly doubt this is the first time you’ve heard about it. But if it is, make sure to give it a try — it offers a fascinating look into the inner workings of a TV news studio. (Big thanks to Nairolf for reminding me about this one in last week’s post comments.)

GPT VS GROK. Just now, a funny thought struck me, so I decided to ask ChatGPT to summarize the story of the RCT-168 movie for me. It refused. Then I asked Grok the same — and Grok provided this:(SPOILERS AHEAD) The narrative unfolds as a series of simulated news segments, where the women attempt to maintain professional composure on camera, reading scripts and conducting interviews, even as they're overwhelmed by multiple male participants. Key highlights include English-speaking elements from Ozawa during the action, blending the fantasy of poised journalism with explicit cum facials, swallowing challenges, and group encounters. The runtime clocks in at about 140 minutes, emphasizing the erotic tension of blending public poise with private indulgence, culminating in a chaotic, cum-drenched finale that celebrates the anchorwoman archetype.

PRINCESS QUEST. The process of putting Princess Quest on Steam has been put on pause because it turns out I’m missing a certain document that will take about three weeks to be issued. Until I have that document, I can’t proceed with the Steam bureaucracy — so for now, there’s nothing I can do.

REPORTER TRAINER. I’m working and I’m working — planning, writing, assembling scenes. No new drawings, just the tedious everyday hustle toward the inevitable release. Hopefully, I’ll have something a bit more exciting to show off next week, but for now, it is what it is.AND THAT IS THAT. Thank you for your support, dear bros. Stay strong, and I’ll see you all next Monday! Laterz.P.S. Don't forget to leave a like. And thank you for all the likes under the previous Monday Post. -Aka-

Voodoo Monkey

Haha that one is a classic! Wish we had more of that genre. Thanks for reminding about that one.

Ace

Great movie, also Akabur in the AI wars, the more we move the scarier it gets, Sora 2 videos are awesome and that's really sad in a sense. Thanks for the post.

Henrik

Like left, not forgtten!

Jopa Sruchkoi

"Мама я в телевизоре!" .. ehh I mean Akabur mentioned me in the Monday post! 😃 Lifetime achievement 🎉

Icy Panda

The 2nd Playlist seems to be just a video but will check it out for sure! I think I saw that classic piece before as well long ago lol

that jasmine skin looks sooo cool

Nice post, I was going to say something then remembered this is a public post so what I thought couldn't be done. By the way, laptops are easy. Yes I have four that I repair. Mine are 14 and 9 years old, both run Tiny 11.

Hey, suggestion man - the biggest complaint on QT that I've heard is "not enough CGs". When you are ready to ship the new game, maybe just stop for a month and add some art to it. Not plot critical stuff, just something that you think would be fun to draw in scenes that already exist in the game but lack their own CGs. A full month worth of art added onto whatever you already thought the game needed. Your old games pioneered the genre, but nowadays it's been pretty well-exploited so people play your stuff for your amazing art more than for the novel gameplay. Give the fans what they want!

Just another Monday Post Comment lol! Seriously though, yes, modern tech is a pain. My laptop casing split on one side and they tried to void my warranty because they thought I was tampering with it and pulling it open. It's like cars, they don't want 'amateurs' messing with the device so heaven forbid you know how to fix common problems yourself!

While it doesn't rise to the same level there was a recent addition to the series: RCTD-674

This is why I gave up on laptops for all but the most basic stuff. I like having a big PC that I can upgrade whenever I fancy (and can afford to.)

Danlorn

Man I recognized Maria Ozawa and that movie she participated in just in one second by looking at the pic you've shared, I'm doomed 😂🔫

Jopa Sruchkoi

That's what he did if I remember correctly. I think it was while Dahr was working on icons for achivements or when the text editing was in the progress, Akabur added a bit more art. But you know how it is with game development... There's always 9000 things you want to add, but at some point you just have to draw a line and ship it. P.S. I play Akabur's games equally for the art and the writing. (I even stole his art style for my own game ehehehe).

Dubsington

100% agree. I'm basically just relaying some customer feedback to help ensure the line is drawn in the right place :-)

akabur

You are a true man of culture. Be proud.

akabur

Yes, in that regard stationary PCs are absolutely superior to laptops!

akabur

Yeah. The less control you have over the stuff you own the better. Hating this. T_T

akabur

That's a very creative way to say the good old: "We want more CG's damnit!"

akabur

I have a feeling the the older the tech the more reliable it is and the easier to it is to repair on your own.

akabur

Looks like it. Not sure what happened, I thought it was another playlist. Oh well >_<

akabur

Enjoy your well deserved success, brother of culture.

akabur

Yeah I know what you mean when you say "it's really sad". One one hand, AI creations ore cool, on the other I feel like we are "getting further away from god every day".

Icy Panda

Yeah it happens plenty of times, I know it's happened to me before lol

akabur

Will check out it as well, thank you for sharing.

Jopa Sruchkoi

Yeah, it's an album in one video, not a playlist

Thanh Nguyen

Aaah yes. Maria Ozawa. my Rite of Passage. this bring back so many memories TT^TT
