Part of Your World (JPEG) (Patreon)

Alright, this particular blast from the past is actually from 2012. That’s quite a while ago, huh?

I often have mixed feelings about my drawings when I look at them again with fresh eyes some time later. With this particular one, though, I have no complaints. The inking, the coloring — everything looks nice.

But the best part, of course, is the weird-ass poetry I decided to attach to it for some reason. I remember a fan sent it to me. It was supposed to be altered lyrics from Ariel’s song in the original cartoon, and (I suppose) I enjoyed it so much that I decided to include it in the drawing.

Right, so like I was saying, I like this drawing, but I was really hesitant to share it here because no additional material survived for this one. No PSD, no pencil or ink scans, nothing. All I have to offer is the JPEG file.

Well, I hope you will enjoy this week’s offering nonetheless ^^
