Well, there you have it: the long awaited brothel showcase vid.You can't see it from the video well, but the brothel will function as a rather complex system, there will be quite a few surprises to discover.Next in line is the tavern, but right now it's a bit to early to report on any of the planning I already did for it. Maybe next week.In any case, go watch the vid now. And thank you for your support, bros. If everything goes at the rate it does I think I should be fine. But I won't know for sure till mid-summer.Hugs and kisses and all that. ^^

Looks great! I loved princess trainer (Especially the parts after training Jasmine, in the gold version) so I'm sure I'll like this as well. I hope we see a lot from Azalea or if this is 30 years before in history, maybe her mother.

I haven't decided yet. At the moment I am trying to figure out a way to work as efficiently as possible. Using CGs would quadruple the development time and I don't wont this game to be another "years-in-development" project. At the same time, doing it chibi-only will rob the story of the necessary impact. The most likely scenario is this: I will do the game endings with CGs and a few key story moments with smaller size illustrations. The rest will be chibis.

(The may change but) Bot Azalea and her mom will have a story arc. This is not prequel or a sequel. This is actually and alternate version of the original PT world. Many familiar characters will be present but many of them will be a bit different from their original versions :)

I do think that most people would rather see Cgs even if it would take much longer. I would love to see most sex scenes beieng Cgs because i dont think that chibis work for educational purposes

That way of thinking is the reason why internet is full of unfinished games, or games that are stuck in development for years with no release date in sight. I don't want QT to join that list.

The thing is I had this idea in mind for many years now. The brothel in the original PT was supposed to have a stampcard but I had no time to implement it.

P.S. I am an illustrator before anything else. I would love nothing more than to draw some lush and detailed CGs for the game. If that was my only task I would do just that. But I also need to do a lot of planning for the game, think of the sound design, do the writing, the coding, public relations and god knows what else. I need to be realistic about my resources here.

I do think that the Cgs and the writing are the most important parts to a hgame. The writing keeps the player entertainted and the Cgs are his rewards. PT is almost perfect in how you handeled the Cgs. If you wanna make QT a sucess PT should be your first reference of h-gamedesign. Ps Thanks for beieng honest with us about gamedesign i hope i didnt come of as mean or something
